Delightful two-room apartment recently renovated, in the heart of the historic center of Perugia, equipped with WiFi/fiber and air conditioning, located near the Roman Aqueduct and 50 meters from the Etruscan Arch and the University of Foreigners, very close to all areas of interest including the Cathedral, Corso Vannucci, Fontana Maggiore, the Rectorate and Morlacchi theater, as well as clubs, restaurants and shops. The house is very comfortable and has 2 entrances, one independent and one inside the building.

Our bright studio apartment is on the third floor of a small building (without an elevator!) in a quiet street in the center, a stone's throw from the Minimetrò and all the main points of interest. The house is small but we have tried to make it as welcoming as possible and to furnish it with simplicity and care. “Il Cantuccio” di Francesca is a quiet and peaceful apartment located in a strategic position: it is about a 20-minute walk from the center and its architectural beauties, from the train station and is very close to the E45 Perugia Prepo, the Arena S. Giuliana and the Villa Fiorita clinic. In front of the house there is free parking and within walking distance there are bus stops. It is therefore great for families but also for those traveling for work. Four-legged friends are welcome

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

GALLERY APARTMENT Bevignate is an original apartment of 55 sqm2, recently renovated, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Equipped with all comforts, and furnished as a true art gallery, where you can breathe a yesteryear fascinating atmosphere. Located 15 minutes walk from the historic center of Perugia, in a neighborhood provided with all services, the apartment is very quiet, bright and it is surrounded by a an equipped lovely green space.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

The large and bright room with a private entrance is in the heart of the historic center of Perugia. I renovated it with care and refinement in 2018, to best accommodate those visiting the city. In the room, you will also find a nice table to enjoy our breakfasts, or maybe a plate of pasta: the retractable mini-kitchen is at your disposal. Two beds, independent heating and air conditioning.

From our accommodation in 10 minutes you can walk to the center of the acropolis and visit the architectural and artistic beauties that our city can offer you.

Loft for two ideal for a couple. Large and new studio apartment, with balcony, wooden roof and modern design. It is located on the second floor of a well-kept house inhabited by the family hosting you. The kitchen is complete with all appliances. It is suitable for short and long periods. We can't accept pets, much to our displeasure.
