Equipped with a double bedroom and a kitchen with a sofa bed, it allows the accommodation of individuals or small groups of up to 4 people. The bathroom is clean and comfortable as well as equipped with a washing machine. You can walk there from the station which is about 7 min. away on foot. It is also just a few meters from the metro that will take you comfortably to the center

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Graziella’s villa was the perfect holiday home for our family and we enjoyed every minute of it. The decoration was gorgeous and there was definitely a wow factor when we entered the lounge room. The villa is very spacious with plenty of bathrooms. Our children absolutely loved the swimming pool and the billiards table. Lots of family fun around this table where we spent beautiful evenings! The hosts were lovely and my only regret is not to have known any Italian for better communication.

Apartment located in a panoramic position, large terrace with a beautiful view of the Corciano hill. Private and covered parking space, in addition to condominium parking. The accommodation is very close to the highway junction, perfect for excursions, especially in the direction of Lake Trasimeno and in all directions. Iperconad hypermarket with an adjoining fuel station (one of the cheapest in the area) in the immediate vicinity. For me, a real strength. Clean, bright and well-furnished apartment, with taste. Large living room and very comfortable bedroom. Anastasiia is a very courteous person and attentive to the needs of guests. To the question: "Would you take it back?" I answer: definitely yes, without a doubt. Thank you for everything, Anastasiia
