The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

In nur 5 Gehminuten erreicht man das Chiemsee Strandbad. Vor der Haustüre befinden sich sehr gut ausgebaute Rad- und Wanderwege in die Felder und Moore. You can reach the small cozy apartment with private bathroom on the second floor of a historic courtyard via a separate external staircase. Here you can find everything you need: Double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), Kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet The outside staircase is large enough that you can also use it as a small balcony or you can simply go into the large garden, which is available to all guests and me.

Studio by the Lake Large private studio with terrace. 4 minute walk to the lake. The studio was intentionally designed to provide wide space for thought, reflection and movement. Ma Bastide is located in Bad Endorf, which is also called the gateway to Chiemgau. Bad Endorf itself has a lot to offer and has a 1A transport connection to Munich or Salzburg. Just minutes from Ma Bastide is a wonderful thermal spa that invites you to relax. In the "Gut Immling," art and culture lovers will also get their money's worth. The Simseeklinik and the spa gardens are also close to the property.

Enjoy your vacation in the circus trailer on our property. In front of the circus trailer there is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on the condition. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This can also be reached quickly on foot on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.
