Apartment as advertised and described. Very nice bedding. Rather quiet neighborhood, a little out of the way. The beach is a few minutes' walk away. Parking is secure. Check-in instructions are clear and accurate. Pierre Marie is welcoming, available and responsive. Listing worth recommending!

We had a great stay at Pierre’s apartment in Canet-en-Roussillon. The flat was exactly as described—clean, quiet, and ideally located right opposite the beach. Communication was excellent throughout, and having a dedicated parking space was a real bonus. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable week, including a very handy washing machine. Highly recommended!

2nd stay in this small apartment facing the sea! always spotless and the view is always beautiful! Philippe and Corinne's instructions are very clear for self check-in. Kitchen is well equipped, beds comfortable. Its strong point is its location: beachfront , restaurants and any nearby trade.

We had an extended weekend at Danielle's apartment, who was very kind, pleasant and attentive to making our stay easier. The apartment is very well-equipped, the bedrooms are air-conditioned and the large terrace is very pleasant. The parking space and proximity to Graezel Beach are important assets. So we are delighted with our stay.

We was four with my kid and my dog. The host is very communicative. Very good instructions. Their apartment is very clean. Very close to the beach and wow that place it’s amazing. It is a very big beach very natural, not too many surroundings. You can easily play with the kids and the dog near to the seaside in total silence without a lot of people around.. Aamazing sunrises and amazing sunsets. I am highly recommended this place considering to its location and considering it’s very nice host.

We had a great time as 4 adults in this rental. The pool in the residence is a significant and very pleasant bonus. In the morning we went swimming at Grazelle beach, a 3-minute walk away. In addition, the premises and neighbors of the rental are very friendly and warm, which is very pleasant. We leave rested and will come back next year without hesitation!!

The apartment is very well equipped with a balcony that allows a beautiful view of the garden and the sea. Communication with Fabrice was excellent at all times.

Very good stay in Gruissan, at Marie-Sophie's. The accommodation is super clean, quiet, with a beautiful garden, and a pool. Marie-Sophie is very welcoming and did not fail to give us addresses to visit. She can be reached very easily in case of any problems. I recommend it.

The accommodation is very well located. In addition, it is cross-ventilated, which allows good ventilation in case of high heat. The entire residence is also very clean and very well maintained. The neighborhood was also very friendly. Laura is at the top of responsiveness with a touch of humor that is very valuable.

We spent a week at Muriel's place and it was wonderful! Its ocean views are incredible and the environment is super quiet. Muriel's house is super-equipped for whatever you might need (we like to cook and we had everything!!) We found everything perfectly clean! Muriel was super kind for whatever we might need. The accommodation was great. I have never stayed in such a well-equipped holiday flat. We really had everything we needed. The view was fantastic. In general, the flat was very tastefully furnished. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay longer.

We loved our stay here! As a family of 5, it couldn’t have been better set out. The beach location was fabulous and our kids loved it. There were some games to play including the hut. We swam every day and I loved swimming before breakfast and yoga on the beach. We also ran the length of the beach (beware of naked sunbathers!) and explored the local area. It was such a pleasure to relax and watch the kids playing on the beach. Fresh baguettes are available at the camping shop. Sandra made everything so easy and sent us videos to make check in very easy. Highly recommended!

Perfect Holidays with Mr. Yves! Our vacation was amazing thanks to Mr. Yves, a great host, and an exceptional accommodation! Mr. Yves, full of positivity and energy, was incredibly caring, friendly, always ready to help and responsive. Her attitude made our stay perfect. The accommodation was ideal: a clean, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. The location is a dream! First row, second floor with balcony and large bay windows for sun and sea air. The view of the beach and sea was splendid, and waking up to the murmur of the waves – pure happiness! All amenities were around the corner: market, stores, restaurants. We also bought fresh fish from local fishermen. 20 km away, oyster farms for exquisite oysters. We are very happy with our stay! We'll be happy to go back and highly recommend it!
