Beachfront vacation rentals in Grottammare

Sono stata in vacanza una settima insieme ad un'amica. Ci siamo trovate benissimo, l'appartamento molto bello, luminoso e pulito, ci siamo sentite a casa! Mara è stata super gentile e sempre disponibile, ci è venuta incontro per quanto riguarda i vari orari di check-in e check-out e ci ha consigliato cosa vedere e visitare nella zona e in che ristoranti andare. Consigliatissimo e sicuramente è un posto in cui vale la pena ritornare!!!

Piękne mieszkanie, urządzone we włoskim klimacie. Bardzo czysto. W pełni wyposażone , w mieszkaniu było wszystko co potrzebne a nawet i więcej. Super lokalizacja, do morza spacerem 3 minuty , do centrum max 10 minut. W spokojnej okolicy. Pani Simonetta jest bardzo miła i kontaktowa. Na samym początku przedstawiła nam miejsca do których warto pójść , poleciła najlepsze restauracje , a nawet na koniec zamówiła taxi na lotnisko na konkretną godzinę. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i na pewno jak zawitamy w Pescarze to też się tam zatrzymamy.

Appartamento piccolo e stupendo, provvisto di tutto il necessario. Pulitissmimo e attrezzato per ogni eventualità. A due passi dal mare, dal centro, da tutto. Arredamento splendido. Mi sono sentito a casa. Host gentilissimo e disponibile Se dovessi tornare a Pescara spero di poter .tornare qui. Grazie!

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf bij Alessandro in Pescara. Aardige host, behulpzaam netjes en vriendelijk. De ligging is perfect, tegenover het strand en een paar minuten fietsen naar het centrum. Wij zouden graag een keertje terugkomen.

Great stay, spacious and really close to city center and the beach!

Marco and Paola are the best hosts ever! They provided us with everything we needed. They responded to all of our questions and gave us recommendations and instructions. The place is very very spacious— everything matches the description. The area is perfect because it’s walking distance to bakeries, restaurants, etc. Overall, one of the best homes ever! Will definitely come back in the future!

It was very useful to have some little things at home that you can't find on a plane, also because you don't want to spend money for a few days. You were very kind and helpful! The location of your house is magical, you feel like in a real Italy, with great cafes and beautiful houses. I give you an 11 out of 10 :) We will definitely come back for a beautiful BBQ next year. Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

In vacanza nel giugno 2024 negli appartamenti di Mikaela. Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione: probabilmente non esiste spiaggia migliore di Tortoretto. L'appartamento è luminoso, non caldo e dotato di tutto il necessario. Mikaela, grazie per la bella vacanza!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich ideal gelegen in Sirolo. Zum Ausladen des Gepäcks kann man kurz vorfahren und dann das Auto parken ( dafür gibt es einen Ausweis ) . Danach braucht man das Auto nicht mehr. Restaurants, Bars und Supermarkt ist alles in der Nähe. Auch zu den wunderschönen Stränden kommt man zu Fuß - allerdings ist der Rückweg etwas beschwerlich weil es bergauf geht. Der kleine Pool und die Aussenküche sind einzigartig ,

Alloggio confortevole, pulito e curato nei minimi particolari. Host disponibile , chiaro e cordiale. Ci tornerò alla prima occasione.

Angela e suo marito sono stati gentilissimi, la casa si trova a ridosso della spiaggia, piacevole anche fuori stagione

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

Un angolo di pace da cui godere un panorama stupendo tra gli Appennini ed il mare. Appartamento curato e dotato di tutti i comfort, vicinissimo al medievale centro storico di Montepagano. Vacanza indimenticabile e da consigliare a tutti

We stayed at LaPerla for around 4 weeks and had a really great time. The apartment was clean, well furnitured and the location is amazing. There are so many good restaurants and bars close by, the city center is just around the corner and the beach is literally across the street. The communication was super easy. Cristiano was always available if something came up and he is an exceptionally friendly and helpful host as well 😊 We had a wonderful time there, highly recommended ✌️🐬

Vista e posizione valgono tutto… 7’ piano ( con ascensore ) posizione molto comoda , sul lungo mare di San Benedetto, spiaggia sotto casa sia lidi attrezzati , sia spiaggia … percorrendo il lungo mare fino al centro camminando saranno una ventina di minuti / 5 in macchina . Punto forte è senza dubbi la vista spettacolare e il terrazzo vivibile dove poter cenare tranquillante in 4. La zona giorno comoda , cucina e bagno piccoli ma funzionali . Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo utilizzato il divano letto e nonostante ciò la zona giorno è rimasta comunque comoda . Unico neo, se così possiamo definirlo, è che non ha un parcheggio interno, ossia c’è quello condominiale ma dal 15/06 al 15/09 diventa parcheggio per le bici del condominio e quindi c’è il divieto per le auto, nelle vicinanze ci sono parcheggi a pagamento e gratuiti , noi siamo stati adesso a giugno e a parte domenica che siamo arrivati e c’era molta gente , gli altri giorni abbiamo trovato posto in quelli gratuiti .

Schön eingerichtete 3 Zimmer Wohnung wo man alles hat was man brauch.Kinderbett ,hochstuhl und Kinderwagen sowie Spielzeug wurde alles gestellt. Wir nehmen sonst alles mit was diesmal nicht nötig war da einfach alles vorhanden war.(Shampoo/duschgel/toilettenpapier/kaffee usw) Zudem sehr modern eingerichtet und super sauber. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2 Stockwerk die man gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Lift erreichen kann. Der Balkon ist auch riesig,dieser geht komplett um die Wohnung herum sodass man einen schönen Meerblick durch die Gasse hat und abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Das Meer ist ca 50 Meter entfernt und es ist einfach ein schöner Sandstrand mit flachen Eingang sodass auch kleine Kinder im Wasser Spaß haben können.2 liegen und ein Sonnenschirm sind vorhanden.Das Meer befindet sich entlang einer Promenade wo man zahlreiche Restaurant Möglichkeiten hat. Trotzdem ist es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig sodass man kein Autolärm hört. Marina antwortet schnell bei Fragen vielen Dank

Abbiamo trascorso a casa di Orietta 12 giorni, ci siamo trovati molto bene L'appartamento corrispondeva alla descrizione e alle foto, l'abbiamo trovato pulito e ben attrezzato. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente l'ampio terrazzo e il fatto che le spiagge fossero raggiungibili semplicemente attraversando la strada. Orietta e i suoi figli sono stati molto disponibili e mai invadenti.

Wir waren eine Woche bei Maria Rita. Sie ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten. Praktisches Detail: zwei Toiletten! Das Bad hat ein großes Fenster. Die Räume sind hell und haben hohe Decken. Vorhänge und Mückengitter gibt es in der Wohnung nicht (außer in der Küche). Daher muss man immer die Rolläden runterlassen, wenn man von außen nicht gesehen werden will. Für uns war es kein Problem, da die anderen Wohnungen nicht besetzt waren und es Ende September nicht mehr viele Mücken gab. Praktisch ist auch die moderne (und leise) Waschmaschine. An den Zug, der hinter dem Haus vorbeifährt, gewöhnt man sich schnell. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert. Der Garten ist groß und man findet schöne Sitzplätze. Auto und Fahrräder kann man sicher parken, da das ganze Grundstück von einem hohen Zaun umgeben ist. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Appartement. Kurze Wege zum Strand, Bäckerei, Gemüsemarkt, Lebensmittellladen. Restaurant und Eisdiele nebenan. Sehr gute Restaurant in der Altstadt(Empfehlung vom Gastgeber). Achtung: Wer lärmempfindlich ist und einen leichten Schlaf hat sollte berücksichtigen, dass direkt hinter dem Haus die Züge vorbeirauschen. Mein Handy hatte keinen Empfang und Dario hat sofort auf der neuen Nummer geantwortet. Dafür herzlichen Dank.

Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento di Leonardo per una settimana, sia per vacanza che per smart working. La posizione è ottima, fronte mare, vicina a ristoranti e negozi, ed è possibile muoversi tranquillamente a piedi o in bicicletta. E' inoltre possibile raggiungere la stazione in pochi minuti a piedi. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, oltre ad essere molto pulito e spazioso. Leonardo è un host molto reattivo e disponible. Esperienza positiva, spero di tornare presto!

Alles war super und wie beschrieben. Aldo war sehr gut erreichbar und hat uns mit allen Informationen versorgt. Sehr netter Kontakt und sehr schöne moderne Unterkunft in guter Lage. Jederzeit zu empfehlen.

Marcello‘s attentiveness made the stay there fantastic. Perfectly clean and beautifully appointed apartment. Wonderfully located , an easy walk to the beach. If I could give him 10 stars, I would.
