All was fine for our brief stay!

Easy and effective communication, the apartment was super clean. The very large terrace is nice, unfortunately we could not use it. Free parking in the area, it was also available in the garage.

Silvano’s place was amazing, very spacious and clean. Communication was great despite a language barrier and there were no issues checking in. Parking in the area was difficult and takes some time.

Our stay was excellent. Wonderful house. Great rooftop terrace.

Super stay and location. Franco is a wonderful person, very helpful and accurate, he gave us tips on services, restaurants and very useful places of interest to fully enjoy the vacation. The location is located in the central street of Sirolo, just a few steps from the main square that offers a beautiful view, where entertainment events take place almost every night and there are pubs, restaurants, ice cream parlors, tobacco, local craft shops, etc. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, very clean and cozy, a gem is the large internal terrace with a unique privacy that allows the use of the outdoor shower and dine very comfortably. The presence of air conditioning is very useful in the hottest evenings, such as thisyear, at least for those like me who suffer a lot from the heat. I am happy to have been able to enjoy this opportunity and have met Franco, whom I thank and hope to see you again.

The landlord is commercial. Daniel, who takes care of the property, but was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. What also pleased us very much was the mineral water in glass bottles, which was already waiting for us in the fridge. The location was really particularly nice with views to the sea and the mountains and very quiet. The kitchen was well equipped. The mosquito screens on the windows were very good and also necessary. If you are preferred by mosquitoes, you should think about mosquito repellent and electric stitch healers. Unfortunately, the mattresses of the beds were too hard for my husband. An optional soft mattress topper could provide a simple remedy. The garden was large and everything was well maintained, but unfortunately there was not a single flowering shrub. A few colorful oleanders, some lavender and rosemary would be really good for the empty garden. All in all it was a relaxing stay, we relaxed well. Thanks Daniel!

We had a beautiful vacation at Lucianos Place. On the first day he personally greeted us and walked us around the apartment and how everything worked. He had made a list of the best spots in town and the region so we didn't even have to plan on we're to go or what to do because of the great recommendations. For every question we had or the help we needed he was available to us and always had a helping hand. Thank you Luciano for the absolutely beautiful vacation we had thanks to you !! :)

Great Airbnb! Very calming place, amazing view

The stay at Raffaella's house was very pleasant. The apartment is as described: very cozy and clean. It is strategically located as it is within walking distance of the center while remaining in a quiet and peaceful part of the city. Bus stops are very close as well as a well-equipped supermarket. Finally, a note of merit to the very kind Giampaolo who made himself available to take us to Sirolo from Ancona station both on the way there and back. If you want to feel at home on vacation, choose this solution !!

The apartment is located in the city center, but it is still very quiet. On the ground floor there is a bar where you can go down in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for an aperitif. There are many good restaurants, shops, bars, you will find everything you need. Both the station and the beach are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious, equipped with everything you need. Well-functioning air conditioning offered relief after a hot day on the beach. An added bonus is the huge rooftop terrace, furnished with patio furniture and an umbrella. We spent our evenings there pleasantly. We will definitely return to Pescara and this apartment. Grace is a wonderful guest, she responded quickly to our questions.

Great location to visit the many sights in the area

Beautiful garden, made entirely by the owner who demonstrates an innate sense of beauty... I recommend the oil they produce... For the summer they should add the pool... and at that point perfection will be achieved...

Me and my kids loved the place. The Italian fler is reflected on every side. Is on the mountains of Gualdo, it's definitely a wow effect.

Sparkling clean, lovely updated apartment, host was very communicative and explained the details of the unit, beautiful view and quiet, peaceful surroundings. I hope we can visit again in the summer to use the pool!

La Terrazza del Conero was fantastic, the view was breathtaking. Inside it was cozy and practically furnished. Christian's wife was fluent in English, which was easy for communication. We did nice getaways. We would highly recommend this place. Regards Nicole
