Beachfront vacation rentals in Grottammare

I was on vacation for a week with a friend. We had a great time, the apartment is very nice, bright and clean, we felt at home! Mara was super nice and always available, she met us regarding the various check-in and check-out times and advised us what to see and visit in the area and which restaurants to go to. Highly recommended and definitely a place worth returning to!!!

Beautiful apartment, decorated in Italian style. Very clean. Fully equipped, the apartment had everything you needed and even more. Great location, 3-minute walk to the sea, max 10 minutes to the center. In a quiet neighborhood. Mrs. Simonetta is very nice and communicative. At the very beginning, she showed us places to go, recommended the best restaurants, and even ordered a taxi to the airport for a specific time. We are very pleased and we will definitely stay there when we visit Pescarze.

Small and beautiful apartment, equipped with everything you need. Very clean and equipped for any eventuality. A stone's throw from the sea, the center, and everything. Beautiful decor. This was a wonderful place for us to relax and wind down. Right near the beach and many fantastic restaurants, Gelato and Grocery stores. Alessandro made us feel welcome and right at home.

Marco and Paola are the best hosts ever! They provided us with everything we needed. They responded to all of our questions and gave us recommendations and instructions. The place is very very spacious— everything matches the description. The area is perfect because it’s walking distance to bakeries, restaurants, etc. Overall, one of the best homes ever! Will definitely come back in the future!

Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

Beautiful apartment facing the ocean. Very comfortable and newly renovated. The terrace is lovely with a great view.

The apartment is really ideally located in Sirolo. To unload the luggage, you can drive up briefly and then park the car (there is an ID for this). After that, you don't need the car anymore. Restaurants, bars and supermarket are all nearby. You can also walk to the beautiful beaches - but the way back is a bit difficult because it goes uphill. The small pool and outdoor kitchen are unique,

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

We stayed at LaPerla for around 4 weeks and had a really great time. The apartment was clean, well furnitured and the location is amazing. There are so many good restaurants and bars close by, the city center is just around the corner and the beach is literally across the street. The communication was super easy. Cristiano was always available if something came up and he is an exceptionally friendly and helpful host as well 😊 We had a wonderful time there, highly recommended ✌️🐬

The view and location are worth everything... 7th floor (with an elevator) very convenient location, on the San Benedetto seafront, beach in front of the house, both equipped lidos and beach... walking along the seafront to the center will take about twenty minutes/5 minutes by car. The highlight is undoubtedly the spectacular view and the livable terrace where you can dine quietly in 4. The living area is comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom are small but functional. During our stay we used the sofa bed and despite this the living area was still comfortable. The only downside, if we can call it that, is that it does not have an internal parking lot, that is, there is the condominium parking lot, but from 06/15 to 09/15 it becomes a parking lot for the condominium's bicycles and therefore there is a ban on cars. There are paid and free parking lots nearby. We were there now in June and apart from Sunday when we arrived and there were a lot of people, the other days we found a place in the free ones.

Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. The appartment of Orietta is perfect located just acroos the street to the beach. It is very clean and you have a great view from the balcony to the sea and over Grotammare. For family with kids we can fully recommend Oriettas appartment.

We stayed with Maria Rita for a week. She is a very likeable hostess. The apartment is very spacious. Practical detail: two toilets! The bathroom has a large window. The rooms are bright and have high ceilings. There are no curtains and mosquito nets in the apartment (except in the kitchen). Therefore, you always have to lower the shutters if you do not want to be seen from the outside. For us, it was not a problem, as the other apartments were not occupied and there were not many mosquitoes at the end of September. The modern (and quiet) washing machine is also practical. You quickly get used to the train that passes behind the house. The windows are well insulated. The garden is large and you can find nice seats. Cars and bicycles can be parked safely, as the whole property is surrounded by a high fence. All in all, a very nice stay. We will be happy to come back!

A very nice and clean apartment. Short distances to the beach, bakery, vegetable market, grocery store. Restaurant and ice cream parlour next door. Very good restaurant in the old town(recommendation from the host). Attention: Those who are sensitive to noise and have a light sleep should take into account that the trains are passing right behind the house. My phone had no reception and Dario responded to the new number right away. Thank you very much for this.
