My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Outside you will find opportunities for sunbathing and barbecuing. The area is not called 'Himmelreich' [Kingdom of Heaven] for nothing. Numerous lakes are within walking distance.

The lovingly furnished annex extends over 2 floors and is a self-contained part of an old, ecologically renovated house with its own terrace and garden. Kleinzerlang is a peninsula in the immediate vicinity of the lake and surrounded by meadows, forests, hiking trails and a canal, at the northern tip of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Rheinsberg is 11 km away and there are also numerous other beautiful places to discover. Unfortunately, not suitable for children due to the railing.

There are two cozy houses (6 and 4 beds) that can be rented individually or together from families or friends. The property is quietly located on the edge of a small village. Surrounded by dense forests and min. 7 lakes nearby. There are chickens, fresh eggs, peace, a wooden sauna with swallow bucket and stunning views over the Erlenwald.

Tiny house is a beautiful and clean DDR/GDR style decorated place in an idyllic, small and peaceful village next to Schwarzer See. The couple who runs it is extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend.

A fantastic spot in the countryside. The garden has been praised several times in the comments - and yes, it is amazing. Due to the season (autumn), however, we explored the surroundings more and enjoyed the beautiful attic in the Gingko house, which we were allowed to call "our home" for 4 days. It is a light-flooded room that radiates a very comfortable feeling and I was also able to work very well here on the "bridge day". We will be happy to come back, thank you! (We didn't meet the hosts themselves, but there was contact in advance.)

We stayed in the 'Seelavie' accommodation for a week and found exactly what we were looking for: a break from the hustle and bustle of Berlin. Everything you needed was there: well-equipped kitchen comfortable living room furniture quiet bedrooms a great sauna in a spacious bathroom + separate toilet Our highlight was the terrace with a huge garden and the lake in front of you. In these, we were able to quickly jump in through the private lake access after the sauna. We will take the peace with us to Berlin and will definitely be back.

Lovingly and tastefully furnished. Amenities and the property were tip-top. Generous hosts who even make kayak, standup paddle, sauna, guitar and fireplace accessible to their guests. Although we didn't use any of it, we felt very comfortable. We found peace and relaxation in this beautiful place with its many lakes and forests. We'd love to come back anytime. Thank you dear hosts!!!

Tanya's apartment enchanted us from the first moment. We had the whole property to ourselves. The rooms are large, lovingly furnished and spotlessly clean, so we felt right at home. Each of us had enough opportunities to retreat. Everything was really thought of: fully equipped kitchen, spare blankets, books and toys for the kids, DVDs, seat cushions for outside: we lacked nothing. You can immediately tell: someone has put a lot of thought and effort into this. The wild garden is fantastic: especially for our city children, it was wonderful to open the terrace door and play outside autonomously and safely. Practical: The top assortment Edeka is only three minutes away, and Tanya provided us with tips for the charming village and the surrounding area before arrival. I really have to mention the cleanliness again... no hotel or apartment has ever been so clean! Really great! We will be happy to come back from the bottom of our hearts!
