Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The ideal accommodation for quiet nights in the countryside and ideal transport connections can be found in the basement loft of our cosy, family villa. A fully equipped kitchenette, an open rain shower and the parking space in front of the door offer all modern comforts. The S-Bahn lines S1 and S7, which are within walking distance, have excellent transport connections to the trade fair (15min), to the city west(20min) and east (30min), to Potsdam (15min) and to all public transport day/night.

Peaceful yet central. Stahnsdorf is located on the southwestern Berlin commuter belt. Potsdam and Berlin are within easy reach. Bus 622 to Berlin runs right outside the front door (S-Bahn: Mexikoplatz /U-Bahn: Krumme Lanke). The bus stop to Potsdam is about 400 meters away. We are renting our apartment from September 2021 and would like to warmly welcome you. It is bright and friendly, clean and quietly located. You can also use the garden and terrace. We look forward to seeing you!

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Only for quiet guests, no loud music, etc. Dogs are welcome, the property is located in the middle of the dog walking area. Hot tub use from 8:00 to 22:00. The property is discreetly lit, barely visible and video monitored. Free parking.

You are very welcome: Our newly renovated old building apartment is very quiet, safe and located in the green south of Berlin. The ICC fair and the Free University are nearby. It is a 3-minute walk to bus 118 and 10 minutes to S-Bahn 1 and 7. Parking spaces are right in front of the apartment. It is a charming old Berlin apartment that has been ecologically renovated. You feel like at home.

The room was very cozy, Angela is very friendly, everything worked out great! The quiet location in the backyard and the proximity to public transport connections is very convenient.

My stay in Soli and Hani's place was wonderful! The room was clean and well equipped, and surrounded with nature and relaxing silence. You're less than 10 mins away from the train station. The communication with Hani was perfect, he was reactive, gave me good tips and we had a really good laugh! This is the perfect balance to enjoy both the liveliness and the relaxing vibes of Berlin! I highly recommend it 😊

Super clean and enjoyable place in Berlin ✨ William’s apartment truly stands out from typical Airbnbs. It is not just a spare room, but a space thoughtfully designed for guests’ comfort. There was plenty of storage, and the space felt open and inviting. I especially appreciated the clever detail of being able to store my open suitcase under the bed, which made such a difference. It really felt like my own home. Every little thing I needed was right there when I needed it. The security was perfect, and I felt completely at ease. The coffee machine and washing machine were absolute lifesavers during my stay. Thank you so much for everything, William. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Berlin.

Very kind and flexible host. It perfectly embodies the nature for which air bnb was born. The room is nice and with everything you need. There is an en-suite bathroom but as described by Andreas, the shower is shared in the apartment. Never had any issue for sharing the shower. One small suggestion, do not go to bed hungry because the bakery downstairs creates an incredibly good perfume of freshly baked bread.

A functional kitchen is equipped with essential appliances, including an oven, stovetop, and dishwasher. Various cooking utensils are neatly organized on a rack above the countertop. Natural light filters in through a window, highlighting the plants and kitchenware arranged on the surfaces.

Susanna is very caring and friendly. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean and tidy. The house is located in a very quiet and calm neighborhood, next to the Golm campus of Potsdam University. Grocery store, train station, kebab food vagon and a pizza place are located within walking distance. If you are visiting Potsdam as a tourist (not mainly in Potsdam for work or university visit), then I recommend rather staying in a more central part of Potsdam, because the buses and train don't run very frequently to Golm.

Beautiful bright room in the southwest of Berlin

Really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Helen’s. Her partner welcomed us and we felt relaxed and comfortable in their home. I’m traveling with my 8 yr old son so we used the kitchen for meals each night and although they’re both vegans we were able to cook meat for which we were grateful. The location was great - beautiful tree lined street. Several cafes in very close proximity and a short walk to the U train (underground) which was easy to catch to get into the city of Berlin. There is also a bus stop close by too! The room is large and we were able to hang out in there easily with beautiful windows looking out onto the street - which is quiet. Helen also helped me organise my onward trip (train ticket purchase online) to Nuremberg for which I was thankful.
