Bikes can be securely locked in the basement. The penthouse floor can only be reached by residents with a chip via the elevator.

It's also close to the Baltic Sea (about 20 minutes). The distance to the market square in Eutin is about 3 km.

Welcome Lottchens HUUS. In the middle of the nature reserve in Schleswig-Holstein you can relax, go hiking, cycling or just let your mind wander. The flat is centrally located, so that all major cities can be reached by car within 30-45 minutes. (Hamburg, Lübeck, Kiel and the Baltic Sea) This allows new and varied excursions every day. On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.
