We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

Great excursion destinations around the house. The house is located in Šumava region, 3 km from Nýrsko. It lies on the periphery of the village Hodousice, in a remote area by the woods and meadows. The house has max. capacity 27 people in 4 apartments with a total of 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 4 kitchens and 3 living rooms. It also has a lounge with fireplace with many tables and chairs for sitting together and children's corner. The house has a garden with terrace, barbecue and children's playground. The pets are not allowed.

In the house, the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.
