Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Hello and welcome! You can look forward to two bright, modernly furnished rooms in my large apartment, just about a 2-minute walk from Lichtenberg station. From there, you have excellent access to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn. Alexanderplatz is only about 12 minutes away by S-Bahn. Friedrichstraße, the main train station, and many sights are also directly along the route. Supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants are all nearby — ideal for exploring Berlin comfortably and with ease.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The train, bus and airport bus to BER are only about 350 meters away on foot. With the local transport ticket ABC, you can reach Potsdamer Platz in 13 minutes and Berlin Central Station in 16 minutes by train. Parking is available close to the property. Aldi is about 300 meters away.

The apartment is on the ground floor. Free parking is available behind the house. The apartment is 15 minutes from BER Airport. A shuttle service is available by arrangement.

We rent a two-story, plus basement, complete apartment in the music district in Teltow. The apartment is about 81 sqm, very bright and friendly, parking is on the property and also on the street. A large terrace facing south can be reached directly through the living room. Transport connections to Berlin are within walking distance in about 15 to 20 minutes, shopping facilities are several in the vicinity. Please read the house rules.
