This particularly beautiful and quietly located apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the old castle and the Martinskirche. In the attic apartment there are 2 bedrooms, each with a bathroom. The center of the apartment is a spacious living room with an open kitchen. In addition to a dishwasher, stove and microwave, you will find everything you need. Under the old walnut tree you can relax in peace even on hot summer days. A dining and barbecue area is available for use.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

On the first floor is the apartment "Korbhaus." On approx. 60 square meters, there are two separate bedrooms (each with double beds), a living room, kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower/toilet. A wooden staircase leads to the apartment. The front porch also invites you to linger. Since the basement is only used as a utility room, you will live in the house all by yourself - without being disturbed by other vacation guests in the same house.

Farm community in an old mill

Stay in the middle of a farm community in an old mill and enjoy the idyll and nature that surrounds us. On a tour of the farm, there is plenty to discover, starting with the old mill, the weirs for the river and artificial mill canal, fields for vegetable cultivation, our small summer mill café (open on Sundays and last but not least our chicken flock. The apartment is very bright and spacious, and can soon be combined with other vacation rentals.

Forget your worries in this spacious and quiet space. Our apartment is located in the center of Merkershausen, a district of Bad Königshofen. A kitchen with dining table awaits you, a living room with sofa bed and TV, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bath tub. In the enclosed courtyard there is a barbecue area with outdoor seating in the countryside. In the house is another apartment upstairs. Parking is free on the street.

You will live in the countryside in a very quiet and cozy 60 m² apartment in the annex. Ideal for switching off. The adjacent Haßberg with its many paths invites you to hikes or bike rides. Bed linen and towels are included with us. Fast Wi-Fi with up to 100 Mbps is also available free of charge. The access data are available in the apartment. The Cottage "Ferienhaus Haßgautor" consists out of 2 separate Apartments (Main- Apartment & Single Room Apartment) situated next to Naturpark Haßberge. The Single Room Apartment (23 qm, left to the archway of the house) consists out of one bathroom with shower/WC, a fully equipped kitchen, seating-accomodation, a couch, bed and own terrace. WIFI, bedding und towels are provided.
