Live in the old village school opposite the Feldsteinkirche [fieldstone church]. In recent years, we have lovingly handcrafted a vacation apartment (60 m2) from the former classroom wing of the "Grot School", where the "groten" (big) students had their classroom. A light-flooded large eat-in kitchen forms the center of the stylish apartment. Centrally but rurally located, 15 minutes by car to the Kiel center, 25 minutes to the beach. Paddle on Eider & Westensee, hike in the nature park!

The cottage is located in the “Bothkamper See” nature reserve. It offers an outdoor hot tub, shower with nature view, steam sauna, wood-burning stove, terrace, XXL couch and super king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, Bluetooth music system, record player, Wi-Fi, 2 x BBQ area, bicycles, home office, 2 x spa, private cinema, giant swing, fireplace, swimming area, wood chopper and much more. Centrally located, affordable and spacious 1-room apartment with a 180x200 cm double bed, small kitchenette with stove/oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and a charming private retro shower room. For reasons of space, a refrigerator-freezer had to be placed in the living/sleeping area. In front of the apartment there is a small terrace with a table, seating furniture and an awning. TV and Wi-Fi are of course also available. Washing and drying are possible for a fee.
