Ca. 60 m² große Wohnung im 1. Stock (mit Dachschrägen ist zu rechnen) zum Entspannen mitten in Alt Duvenstedt im Naturpark Hüttener Berge in der Nähe von der A7. Das gesamte Gebäude, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet, besteht aus zwei Häusern mit drei Wohneinheiten verbunden durch eine ehemalige Schmiede. Die Ferienwohnung ist im älteren Teil des Gebäudes und hat eine eigene Wohnungseingangstür. Nach vielen Ausflügen zu Fuß, per Rad oder Auto (oder wie auch immer) ist sie der ideale Rückzugsort.

Friedlich eingebettet zwischen Wiesen, Äckern und Mooren liegt unser unverwechselbares „Mini-Dorf“. Bei uns leben vier Familien mit insgesamt fünf Kindern sowie eine freundliche Hovawart-Hündin, vier Katzen, ein Hahn und zwei Hennen. Alle Zwei- und Vierbeiner laufen auf dem Grundstück frei herum, es gibt bei uns weder Zäune noch Pforten.
