Child-friendly cottage close to the beach

Cozy cottage in lovely area, close to the beach and super child-friendly house and surroundings! The area does not allow cars except to drop-off luggage, so children can run around and play without worry (parking lot is only 100 m away). The house is newly renovated with a large kitchen, wonderful porch and even an outdoor shower to use after going to the beach only 300 m away. Small grocery store, pizzaria and playground only 200 m away. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO BRING LINEN AND TOWELS.

Es gibt einen Flachbildschirm, Wifi und eine kleine Küche sowie Dusche/WC. Der Balkon hat Fenster, so kann man auch bei schlechterem Wetter die Aussicht auf die Ostsee genießen. Die Strandpromenade erreicht man in 1 Minute, bis zum Hafen sind es ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg. Vom Bahnhof geht man ca. 30 Minuten zu uns. Eine Bushaltestelle oder Fahrradverleih gibt es in der Nähe. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus. Die Kurabgabe beträgt in der Hauptsaison 1,50 €/Tag/Erwachsener, sonst 1,00 €.

Ein SZ, WZ mit Küche und ein Wannenbad sind vorhanden. Stellplatz PKW im Carport (kostenpflichtig), separate Sitzecke mit Grill. Zum Strand ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg. Die Wohnung wurde Anfang 2015 neu möbliert und renoviert. Im Herbst 2017 sowie im Herbst 2018 und 2020 erfolgte eine Teilmodernisierung.

Wechsel immer freitags.
