We rent our newly built, modern thatched house. The house was completed in August 2017 and is picturesquely located directly on the Focker Strom. The furnishing is modern, in Scandinavian style and generously equipped. Our house combines ecological construction, tradition and modern Scandinavian style. The property is located in a villa in the Hanseatic city of Stralsund, which is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site with its eventful history, unique location on the water and the imposing brick Gothic buildings. Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, an apartment in a convenient location awaits you. After 1 km you are in the center of the old town with the Gothic town hall and other historical sights, the tourist center and numerous restaurants.

The duplex apartment is located in a historic pilot house in a small port town near Stralsund. It is only a few meters walk to the water. Suitable for max. 2 adults and one child. On the ground floor is the kitchen with a small dining area and an exit to the terrace. There is also a bathroom with a bath and sauna. In the upper part is the living-bedroom with a wooden beamed ceiling, a double bed and a sofa bed ( about 80x190cm).

Drive to the sea. Take a vacation in a former schoolhouse. Our 95-year-old house is very quiet in a small village on Westrügen, one of the less touristy corners of Rügen. If you are looking for nature and tranquility, then you have come to the right place. Small excursions to Hiddensee, Cape Arkona or just a long walk to the sea and in the evening sit in the sun on our farm or in winter turn on the tiled stove and enjoy a tea.
