"Stralsund" 65 m² quiet on the outskirts of the city with balcony

Are you looking for a low-budget accommodation, but need your privacy, enough space and a feel-good atmosphere on vacation? There is plenty of space here for a good price. "Stralsund" has a separate entrance and a size of 65 m². A free private parking space is available directly in front of the house. It is very quiet, only local traffic (cul-de-sac). It is located 5 km north of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund. The nearest guarded swimming area (Stralsund city pool) is only 6 km away.

Our extraordinary and very spacious apartment (180 sqm) is located in a renovated store in the heart of the old town. It can accommodate 6 adults. The open ground floor with kitchen, living area, dining area, library, guest toilet and terrace invites you to relax. The first floor houses 3 large bedrooms, one of them with bathroom ensuite, as well as 1 further bathroom. In two of the bedrooms, a baby bed or a folding bed for larger children can be set up (€10/ extra bed/ night).

Cozy 2-room self-contained apartment (40 sqm), first floor, in a quiet residential area. Downtown Stralsund is only 8 km away. Other attractive destinations such as Rügen, Usedom and Darss are suitable for day trips. A travel crib is available for a toddler up to about 3 years of age. An older child can sleep in the living room (sofa bed). Vacation with dog by prior arrangement. A key box is available for flexible check-in. I am also happy to welcome my guests in person.

Hofgut Gurvitz is a district of Rambin, in the quiet southwest of the beautiful island of Rügen. Surrounded by fields right on the edge of the Western Pomerania Lagoon Area National Park, far away from main roads, you can enjoy the silence and nature of the island. From the terrace you have a panoramic view of the Strelasund, the Kubitzer Bodden, as well as the Hiddensee lighthouse on the horizon at night. Landhaus Marie

Landhaus Marie is much more than just a place to stay. You have an entire house only for you. Here is a place to feel good, switch off, relax and unwind. No noise nuisance, no real car traffic, but nights when it gets dark. New: The property is now completely fenced. The nearest supermarket (Demmin) is 15 minutes by car. For the essentials, there is an old "consumption" in the neighboring village. Having a car here is seen as an advantage.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
