This pretty house is located in the heart of the village of Grospierres, in a stone house giving it an exceptional and typically Ardèche charm. This house offers you a calm and ideal setting for holidays. It is located, by car, 10 min from Ruoms and 15 min from Vallon Pont d'Arc. Less than 3 minutes from the house you will find a tobacco shop, grocery store, restaurants, snack bar, paintball, golf, equestrian center, go-karting Pets are allowed with a surcharge of €20. The SAROZO farmhouse is located in a hamlet of Grospierres. There are 2 separate 60 m2 cottages (an old barn). The cottage is made of typical Ardeche stone, consisting of a large living room with kitchen, dining area and living room. Two large mezzanine bedrooms. One fully closed with double bed and one with 3 single beds (sheets provided). A covered and private wooden terrace with garden furniture. Large wooded lot with valley views. Large secure parking.
