The SAROZO farmhouse is located in a hamlet of Grospierres. There are 2 separate 60 m2 cottages (an old barn). The cottage is made of typical Ardeche stone, consisting of a large living room with kitchen, dining area and living room. Two large mezzanine bedrooms. One fully closed with double bed and one with 3 single beds (sheets provided). A covered and private wooden terrace with garden furniture. Large wooded lot with valley views. Large secure parking.

This old barn dating from the 15th century was a silk factory! With an area of 75 square meters, it is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, wood-burning stove..., and upstairs a large bedroom with bathroom. 280 m2 cottage, farmhouse with character and private pool

10 minutes from the Chassezac Gorges (7 or 10 km canoe descent), come and find yourself in a place of peace and tranquility amidst cicadas and birds, away from all noise pollution, in a Natura 2000 zone and international starry sky reserve. Our former 3-star silk factory is located at the crossroads of the Cévennes and Ardèche regional parks, close to rivers and character villages. Vallon Pont d'Arc and its cave are 30 minutes away.

As a couple, with friends and family, come and relax between pine trees and scrubland. A wooden terrace with pergola, BBQ, summer kitchen, armchairs, table and chairs, surrounds the accommodation. On sunny days, enjoy the deckchairs and in summer, cool off in the hot tub (from June to September, never heated). If the temperatures are less mild, sit on the terrace around the fire pit under the polar blankets (October to May)

Gite du Moulin

Quiet, in a typical old restored mill located in the heart of nature by the stream, not overlooked, at the foot of the CEVENNES. Part of the building is converted into a spacious and cool 110 m² cottage for 6/7 people. On the ground floor you have the living room, dining room/kitchen. Upstairs, three bedrooms and a mezzanine, bathroom, toilet. The mill is 600 m from Banne. A five-minute drive away you have several shops.
