The SAROZO farmhouse is located in a hamlet of Grospierres. There are 2 separate 60 m2 cottages (an old barn). The cottage is made of typical Ardeche stone, consisting of a large living room with kitchen, dining area and living room. Two large mezzanine bedrooms. Part of the building is converted into a spacious and cool 110 m² cottage for 6/7 people. On the ground floor you have the living room, dining room/kitchen. Upstairs, three bedrooms and a mezzanine, bathroom, toilet. The mill is 600 m from Banne. A five-minute drive away you have several shops.
