House vacation rentals in Grospierres

Due to personal circumstances we had to rearrange this holiday 2 times, of which Remy was very understanding. We booked the villa based on how well the photos looked but were really not ready for just how much better the place was in reality! Le Magnanerie is tucked quietly away in a totally idyllic spot in a gorgeous old French hamlet, boasting the most impressive westerly views across the private pool of the Cévennes, with stunning sunsets. The covered outside area is spacious and perfect to escape the direct summer sun, and the thick stone building is naturally cool. Comfortably set over 3 pretty floors with portable air conditioning in the loft bedroom area. Kids bunk beds are perfectly placed and even though everything is wooden, nothing creaks. Local agent Deborah was very helpful and after driving from the UK, we were pleasantly surprised to have had our best family holiday to date here! We rarely return to holiday destinations, however we will certainly be coming back. Merci

We had a lovely stay with the family... The house is warm, very clean and very beautiful with a distant view of the Chauvet cave and the mountains. This house is a haven of peace and total relaxation. The host is very responsive and attentive. We highly recommend it.

We stayed with a group of three families in this accommodation and immediately felt on vacation. The house is beautifully located and stylishly furnished. The pool is wonderful and offers a lot of fun for all ages. The additional amenities and the ample space in the house leave nothing to be desired. Great spot to stay in the Ardeche! The house is clean and well located between Ruoms and labeume - which are both beautiful! There’s also amazing walks and river swimming spots within 5 mins walk. Le Mas de la Source is a very beautiful relaxing place, picturesque and very well located for discovering the most beautiful places in the Ardeche to visit (Chauvet, Pont d'arc,...) or to practice (hiking, canoeing,..). Le Mas looks like a small village typical of the area with all comforts, a swimming pool and other entertainment. Anne, always smiling, will welcome you warmly and will always be present for the slightest question. Great stay for us, we recommend it!

We just spent 15 days and the good weather was at the rendezvous, for those looking for calm and tranquility is the ideal place! Christine and Philippe are welcoming, warm, available and concerned for the well-being of their guests. They were good tips for sites to visit, both in the Gard and in the Ardèche which is barely 10 km away Many places to visit including the Pont du Gard, the Pont d 'Arc and the Ardèche gorges by canoe, the Aven Orgnac cave, the Sautadet waterfalls, the Nîmes bullring....) The house is well equipped and local shops are in Barjac 3km away We had a great time!

The house of Éric and Caroline is alone in the middle of untouched nature in complete tranquility but still so central that you can explore the surroundings all around. The house, or rather the whole property, is beautifully renovated and has retained its old charm. We loved the natural pool. The contact with Éric and by phone also with Caroline was very friendly and personable, thank you very much! We have already had a few houses in the south of France, this was definitely a very special one!

We had a great week at Anne's place! The cottage is very nice, spacious and nicely decorated. Exactly like the pictures. You have a fantastic view and you have a lot of privacy as a guest. The village of Ribes is beautiful and small, and the surroundings are also beautiful. The contact with Anne was very good. We would definitely like to come back!

this old mill restored by the owners is beautiful. The accommodation overlooks a small refreshing stream. During our outdoor breakfast we saw a hoopoe and its two chicks about ten meters away... superb. the accommodation is perfect and very cool during the days at 35 degrees. the village of Banne, accessible on foot in 15 minutes, is super cute. in short, go there without so much as a second thought (uh no, wide open to see nature...) james

Really a beautiful house. Beautiful location with lots of tranquility. We had a really nice stay.

If you love peace, nature and freedom, this place is fantastic. A beautiful, diverse environment with many hiking trails just next door, but also further away. We explored the region by car and took several walks with the dog. But coming back was always a party, and then received a warm welcome from Wallace, in a nice, well-kept and tasteful cottage with everything. Admired the starry night from the deck chair and the last night a thunderstorm spectacle as a cherry on top. Haryhanta provided the delicious and fresh eggs in time and she was ready if we needed anything. Highly recommended and we would love to come back to discover more in the Cévennes at Harryhanta.
