The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

Right on the Sentiero Azzurro which connects Corniglia to Vernazza, unique stonehouse with breathtaking views of Corniglia and of the coast. Two bedroom and 1,5 bathroom on two floors with a beautiful independent garden of over 1,000 sqm with olive trees, lemons, oranges. Corniglia is 10-15 minutes walk away and right above there is the restaurant Ittiturismo SP4488, featured in Stanley Tucci’s searching for Italy.
