Five-minute walk to the metro stop, near the Prada Foundation and several restaurants and pubs. The apartment is well organized: the living room with dining area, work space and comfortable sofa bed; the bedroom with double bed and desk. The Azalee

From today we are greens, we have activated the photovoltaic panels. Apartment with large rooms on the edge of Ticino Park, in a very quiet area. Parking space at the entrance of the property reserved for guests. The house is surrounded by a fenced garden available for guests. The bike path, which crosses Pavia along the Ticino, passes in front of the house. For safety, for younger guests on the upper floor, a special gate closes the staircase.
