We absolutely loved our stay at The Cabin! It’s the perfect little getaway—so cute, with a stunning view, and it had absolutely everything you could possibly need. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and beautifully set up. We enjoyed the nearby 2km walk to the bird viewing point and there was also a hike right there—such a bonus for nature lovers. The hot tub was amazing, and the pool was a great spot to cool off and relax. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made everything feel easy and welcoming. And then there was Shanty—the sweetest cat ever! She came when called, loved affection, and honestly behaved more like a dog. I completely fell in love—she almost came home with me! Highly recommend this peaceful and charming spot. Can’t wait to return!

Die Unterkunft ist super ruhig und entspannend. Vom Balkon kann man bei Nacht den Sternenhimmel genießen und mit ein wenig Glück sieht man auch die Milchstraße. Morgens wird man mit Meeresrauschen geweckt. Viel besser geht es kaum! Die Unterkunft ist sehr durchdacht aufgebaut und auch, wenn es ein Tiny House ist, fehlt es einem quasi an nichts. Meine Frau und ich würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Absolute Empfehlung!

A zen oasis with everything you could possibly need and everything you didn't know you needed. The cabin was absolutely adorable. Our host had so many snacks, a bottle of wine, milk, water, different teas and coffees... The list goes on. We were in Knysna for our daughters hockey trip and there were camping chairs and umbrellas for us to take alone. The cabin is so cozy and the garden is absolutely beautiful. Thanks Grant for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful designed cabin! Very well thought through incl a proper Coffee machine! 🙏 Brenda sent every day restaurant deals and even offered her SUP to explore the Lagune. The Jacuzzi will take easily 45-60 min to fill, but it is a fun little special on rainy/ colder days. The dogs are lovely and always happy to get some cuddles.

What an amazing little place! We loved everything about our stay, apart from our visit being too short. "Room With a View" definitely lived up to its name, absolutely beautiful views. We enjoyed a wonderful time with our two kids (1&3). The tent is spacious, well equipped with everything you need, clean and comfortable. For us Glamping was a wonderful stressless option to have a little bit of an outdoor adventure with small kids. We enjoyed the hot tub and the farm (pony rides, feeding the chickens) and the beautiful playground. Our kids loved the tent and the space they had, playing beside the tent or on the terasse. It's such a peaceful, calm and safe place. The wonderful Wilderness beach ist just near by- a 15 min drive with a safe parking area. Communication was always friendly. We would defenitly recommend this place, and if possible we will once come back!

Before I review this beautiful residence, I have to say a word about Emmie and Willie. They are the sweetest, kindest couple, you will ever wish to meet. Not only kind, but also very smart. Emmie being an artist, among other things, and Willie, a master builder, and a rugby fanatic! We have been fortunate enough, to have visited this beautiful area a few times, but this time it was special. Emmie and Willie’s home, is perched way above the town of Knysna, with a gorgeous view, that spreads for miles. There are 4 bedrooms down below Emmie and Willie’s living quarters, with a private entrance. Ample room for a group or a large family, to stay. You have everything you need to make your stay more enjoyable, including a refrigerator, microwave, cooker, washing machine and tumble dryer. This place really is the real deal, and your home, away from home! To top it off, they have a gorgeous dog, named Mia. Just to summarize, if you want peace and quiet, and a gorgeous place to stay, this is it

The treehouse is a wonderful place to relax, recharge and reconnect with self and nature. The location is so beautiful and there is lots to do in the area and on the farm. The Fernhill farm walk, feeding and milking the animals, stunning views over the mountains and Knysna… Marcelle is very friendly and helpful, and is there when you need her but also gives you the space and privacy to fully enjoy the magical place and nature. We had the most relaxing and blissful stay we could ask for. Feeling reborn, relieved and alive :) Beyond grateful and blessed for the lovely stay at Ferhnhill Farm Treehouse!

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern (5 und 2 Jahre alt) 2 Nächte im Brenton on Sea Chalet. Die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend, jedes Zimmer hat Meerblick besser geht es nicht. Die Einrichtung war wunderschön und sehr hochwertig. Auch der Hot Tub auf der Terrasse war spitze. Über einen Pfad gelangt man direkt vom Chalet aus zu dem Strand. Vielen Dank Annelize, wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit.

Tanja and her husband are lovely people who made us feel right at home. They were always willing to answer questions and give helpful suggestions. The house was exactly as advertised with everything you need and more. The shower is a steaming hot dream! The kitchen is well equipped and we had a great time cooking in this kitchen. The jacuzzi was our daily relaxation spot with a view, while we had our morning coffees admiring the view from the deck. We spent one afternoon at the dam swimming, paddling and tubing to our hearts delight. We also did the short walk to the pretty picnic area by the river. Unfortunately we ran out of time and couldn't do the longer hikes on the farm. We would come and stay with Tanja again in a heartbeat!

Großes Haus mit vielen Zimmer. Toller Garten, mit riesigen Sonnendeck, Pool & Hot-Tub. Die Unterkunft und Einrichtung weißt natürlich einige Gebrauchsspuren auf, das ist aber vollkommen OK und alles im Rahmen des Erwartbaren. Die Unterkunft liegt auf einem sehr steilen Hügel und ist vom Ortskern (Supermarkt, Restaurants, etc.) eigentlich nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen - für uns war das aber kein Problem, dafür hat man nämlich einen grandiosen Ausblick. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen. Max

I had a wonderful stay in Knysna at Marcel's cottage. Everything was lovely and as expected. Only surprise was some minor renovations that were happening at a new cottage opposite the one I was staying in. I imagine it'll all be done in the next few weeks, but it was rather noisy while I was trying to relax there during the day. Otherwise, really lovely and beautiful.

Definitely staying here when I come back to Wilderness!

There were 9 of so it was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room for us all. The children loved the pool and the hot tub and hot a lovely time going from one to the other. The kitchen was well equipped, having everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean with plenty of towels. Altogether it was a great week.

Thesen Island is a great place to stay…..safe , secure and within easy reach of local amenities. Lianne was an excellent host, always on hand to answer any questions and help make our stay most enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Absolutely stunning! Loved the morning game drive with breakfast afterwards. The bird life is unreal and even had a springbok graze near the dam where we were staying.

Beatrice provided a beautiful stay, a home away from home. She was very proactive with messages and checked we had got in safe etc ☺️ the setting is beautiful with good security and activities for younger kids. Knysna is within walking distance but we chose to drive for personal reasons but everything was easy enough to find. The complex is very peaceful and we enjoyed the space so much! Highly recommend ✨ thank you Beatrice for a wonderful stay
