Waterfront vacation rentals in Groningen

This is the second time we've been there and we're super satisfied again. The parking garage is within walking distance and the key to the accommodation can be taken from the key box on the way. The kitchen had everything in the kitchen to cook for 4 people. Will come again any time!

It was a nice apartment, and a super nice helpful lovable couple, they always gave tips for excursion destinations. We will be happy to come back.

We had a fantastic stay at this house! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, yet tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet. The host was incredibly responsive and provided thoughtful touches like local recommendations and quick check-ins to ensure we had everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning! Highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We had a very nice stay at the apartment on De Vaart. The center of Assen is within walking distance and there are a lot of fun things to do. The apartment itself has all the comforts and we slept wonderfully. Certainly subject to repetition.

Robert is a very kind host. The accommodation looks cozy, is clean and with a lovely large garden on the lake. Breakfast was various good! Glad we could leave the trailer for the surfboard until after the competitions in the garden. In short, a very nice place to spend time.

Before after a day out (museum and sauna visit nearby), I looked for a b&b, which Richard encountered because the listing/photos appealed. Communication went very smoothly and clearly. Through safe code we were able to arrive at a flexible and private time. Very nice if you are away for a day and don't want to worry about checking in! Breakfast is highly recommended to order, spacious and delicious. The double bed is also very spacious. And very pleasantly located. All in all, this was the icing on the cake after a nice day on the road.

Staying in the artfully furnished little house was a very good experience. Thea and Gerard are great hosts, very friendly and relaxed, and easy to communicate with. The breakfast prepared by Thea was fantastic, the best we've had in a long time. Strongly recommended!

We were working in Groningen for a week and it was a wonderful peaceful place to stay. Watching the barges go silently by right at the end of the garden while your relax after a busy day is extremely peaceful. Very nice walks from the house in several directions and don't miss the vismarkt a block away for and excellent lunch or dinner.

What a wonderful place! A hidden gem. The house has everything you need. The washer and dryer (in the shed) are great to have. The backyard with deck and dock is more than beautiful. We rented bikes at Oomkens Bike Shop, great service, great bikes (20 minutes walk from the house). The houses are behind a locked gate (need a code to get in), that adds to extra feeling of safety. We felt totally spoiled staying there. We will definitely come again!

Great long weekend. The house is very well located for walks, bike tours and a visit to Groningen. The house is very confortabel. The kitchen has everything you need. In the afternoon we could have a drink in the little garden at the back.

Four of us (2 adults plus 2 small children) spent a week in Tamara's house. It is very spacious and furnished to a high standard. Plus, there's everything you need. Our children were particularly enthusiastic about the many toys and the big trampoline in the garden. The immediate surroundings are great for running or cycling. A really special place with great amenities, which we would 100% recommend. You should be aware that as a guest you have to take over the final cleaning of the entire house (including washing of towels etc. ) yourself.
