A lovely cottage in a beautiful area. The e-bikes make it all complete.

We felt very comfortable in Theo and Wilma's vacation home in Roosdom. We were there with our little son. He particularly liked the morning view from the living room window of the sheep. 😀 A very idyllic place to stay. We also slept very well. It's so quiet, you just don't hear anything. The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom. The shower is not really separated, so the water unfortunately flows all over the floor. But a wiper is available. Unfortunately, we also lacked a toaster in the kitchen. But everything else is great. Unfortunately, the weather didn't quite play along. On the penultimate day, however, it got quite hot. There are some great activities in the area. You can get everywhere easily by bike. There is a children's farm with animals and playground equipment nearby and the Verwolde estate is recommended, for example. Highly recommended for those who want to have a quiet vacation in the countryside

What a lovely house. Everything has been thought of. Beautiful complete kitchen, beautiful bathroom with a nice and sparkling clean sauna. Nice beds and great that the windows have screens. It is located in a quiet and beautifully landscaped park. Close to the city center where there is a lot to do. Also nice that you can go from the park to the nearby lake. The garden with neat furniture completes the house. We'd love to come back!

Beautiful and nice accommodation if you are looking for peace and nature. Friendly host who is quick to respond and happy to help. I really enjoyed the accommodation and would definitely recommend it. Anything you need is present. The bed is nice, the shower works well and the space is large enough for at least 2 people with a nice outdoor space.

Airbnb stands out strongly from others. You can come down here excellently! We even liked the place better in person than in the pictures. An absolute unique and highly recommended. The hosts are very nice and straightforward. Thank you!

It is a beautiful cottage in a beautiful area. We were surprised with an extensive bread basket for breakfast with toppings and a filled fridge with milk, yogurt, cheese and eggs. We enjoyed our stay.

If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful and serene place in nature then this is a must book. Walking distance to a forest and lake. Whoever wants to unplug and get away from the busy stuff should consider this place.

Dear Hosts, We were warmly welcomed. Everything was sufficiently explained/ shown to us and the herb garden at the house was also at our disposal. We were also immediately helped with the bike search, Auke took care of everything and took us to the bike rental by car. The homemade apple juice (very tasty) and the fresh eggs were a lovely gesture. We felt very comfortable with the two of them!

We think Zeddam is a beautiful area where you can enjoy hiking and biking. In the immediate vicinity, you will find hills, forest, polder, riverscape. Various places in Germany are also easy to reach. We did not use the car during our stay. Various restaurants are in walking distance. A good butcher and a supermarket are nearby. In the apartment, all the necessities are available to cook, stay, etc. We felt right at home there. Everything was also done to make us feel comfortable. In short, we can recommend this apartment to anyone.

Very warm and personal welcome by the host and a friendly handling. The apartment met all requirements and expectations. It matched the description and you immediately had a homey feeling. We were there for a birthday nearby and Nicole even drove us there. That was more than one can generally expect. We slept very well, it was very quiet. Very good stay in BurgSteinfurt, the city is pleasant, good cafes and restaurants. Very pleasant accommodation, quiet and very well-equipped, possibility to have breakfast on the terrace in the sun in the morning. Welcoming and friendly hosts.

This was a lovely place, very spacious and beautifully decorated with art deco art! It is surrounded by forest and has a balcony, which waas very nice.

We spent some wonderful days in the apartment. You really have your peace there and are very close to nature. We and the children especially liked the neighboring horse paddock. We slept well in the beds and everything you need was also available in the bathroom and kitchen. Katharina was super accessible for questions. The apartment is nicely decorated and everything was clean when we arrived.

The stay was really sparkling clean and Lycien was really friendly. Beautiful views and really relaxed due to the silence of the area. Recommended for a weekend getaway to Deventer, this apartment has its own garden, kitchen and living room and bedroom. With a supermarket 100 meters away to fill your fridge. 10 minutes walk from the beautiful historic center. The amenities in the apartment were very good, a nice bed and everything was very clean. We'll definitely be back!

It was a great place, Monika is a very good host. There's a great view on the terrace in the evening. The surroundings are ideal for walking and cycling. There are many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. A house we'd like to stay in again when we go to the area. Thank you Monika.
