Perfect, very nice welcome for the key exchange, clear practical instructions. The studio is located on a quiet street, very nicely furnished balcony with views of the Yonne, close to shops. The accommodation was absolutely perfect, clean, well-equipped, comfortable, cozy and cozy. The parking space in the residence was very useful. We enjoyed it very much and we highly recommend it. We enjoyed a brief stay at Nathalie's gite on our way through France, it's just a shame we could not stay longer as it was a lovely space, well equipped and with a fantastic outside space. The location was very peaceful with lovely countryside views. The only tip would be for guests sleeping on the sofa bed downstairs to bring an eyemask as there are no curtains at the end window. This didn't bother us and it was beautiful to see the sun rise but might be an issue for light sleepers. Thank you for a fabulous stay
