Charming 3-star apartment with all comforts, city center, close to the train station, lake, shops, bus, old town, restaurants within walking distance. You will have a pleasant stay as a couple or family. Pedestrian street with very little car traffic and quiet in the evening, a stone's throw from the stud farm, historical site, cultural and convivial place, city of animated cinema. I have 2 bikes available. The apartment is not air-conditioned, an air conditioner is at your disposal. WE DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH.

You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

You are at: 15 minutes from Lake Annecy 30 minutes from La Clusaz 30 minutes from Geneva.

Outside access to the garden with swimming pool, barbecue (in summer season of course) free private parking + garage for motorcycles, located in a haven of peace 15 minutes from Annecy, 30 minutes from Switzerland and 30 minutes from the first ski slopes. We accept animals as long as they are docile and educated.

Parking: Several paid streets around the apartment (free noon, evening and holidays) Free parking 12 min walk: Sous Alery Gymnasium Parking. :) Don't hesitate if needed.

Large bright studio, quiet, just renovated, the Evasion offers a peaceful setting with natural and contemporary decoration creating a warm atmosphere. Ideally located 150 m from the lake, in a secure residence with elevator, on the 3rd floor, large balcony terrace, private underground parking and bicycles ( mountain bikes ) available. At the end of the street are all shops! The historic center is ten minutes walk, the lake 3 minutes. Sleeps 2 people : pne queen size bed
