De ruime villa heeft een oppervlakte van 110 m2 en 3 slaapkamers en is omringd door een grote tuin grenzend aan het bos. Het perceel van bijna 800 m2 heeft een eigen parkeerplaats, dus privacy en ruimte zijn gewaarborgd. Wij verwelkomen je van harte voor een heerlijke vakantie!

Onze Scandinavische modern-vintage hideaway ligt verscholen aan de bosrand. Open de schuifdeur en ontbijt met vogelgeluiden, dennengeur en eekhoorns om je heen. Grote glazen puien, Deense design meubels, een regendouche en een baristahoek zorgen voor luxe comfort midden in de natuur. Buiten geniet je van een douche of bad onder de dennen, relaxen in de hangmat en een vuurkorf onder de sterrenhemel. De Gorsselse Heide en de historische Hanzesteden Zutphen en Deventer liggen om de hoek.

Midden in natuurgebied het Rommelgebergte, omgeven door prachtige wandel-en-fiets paden door bos en veen, en vlakbij een 50-kilometer lange mountainbike route door de Winterswijkse bossen, heeft deze vakantiewoning alles in huis voor een heerlijk lang weekend of midweek in de Achterhoek. Tucked away in a wild garden is this unique garden house, close to the historic center of Deventer. Sustainably built with recycled materials and tastefully decorated. Ideal for two people, with a sofa bed for a third person. The garden house has its own entrance and there is a lot of privacy. Through the oldest city park in the Netherlands, you cross the IJssel with the ferry and you are in the middle of the lively city center. Or walk around the corner into the floodplains.

The lake lodge is located directly on the lake and perfectly combines the features of a cozy Scandinavian-style house with the amenities of a modern equipped accommodation with exclusive and luxurious highlights. The sauna, hot tub and fireplace offer relaxation. One of our highlights is the loft net, which allows a view over the lake. The vacation home has 2 bedrooms with box spring beds. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed.

The house, built in 1971, has just been completely renovated and newly furnished. Every guest – big or small – will quickly feel at home. The spacious living and dining room area overlooks a large, secluded garden. Everything is light and friendly. On the large terrace you can have a leisurely breakfast, barbecue or simply sunbathe. All rooms are tastefully furnished and offer a pleasant level of comfort.

Our newly built apartments were completed in 2024 and offer modern comfort on about 45 m². Each apartment has a cozy bedroom, an inviting living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen, a stylish bathroom and lovingly designed furnishings. Located directly above the "BumbleBee" daycare center, they offer a quiet atmosphere in a central location – the city center is only a 10-minute walk away.

The accommodation is suitable for two people and features a jacuzzi, sauna (maximum 40–50 degrees, no use of oils), smart TV, balcony, private kitchen, and air conditioning.
