New apartment situated in a small building in a quiet neighbourhood with a beautiful sea view, near Veli Vrh – one of many hills around Rijeka. (It has good walking paths and offers a unique view that stretches over the entire Kvarner Bay, the islands of Krk and Cres, and Učka mountain.) City center is pretty close, 15 min by car, a bus station is 5 min walking so you can get to any place in center in about 25 min. Apartment has 50m²: kitchen and dining room and one room with a roof window.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.
