Cozy and spacious house

Welcome to our bright and newly renovated 140 m2 home centrally located in Filskov (only 15 km from Billund). Here you get a total of 4 rooms (3 bedrooms and 1 children's room with cot and changing table), 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating, a cozy living room with wood-burning stove and daybed, a nice and bright kitchen with DeLongi coffee machine and gas stove, as well as a lovely garden with a brand new wooden terrace. The home is located directly opposite the local grocery store in the quiet village of Filskov.

Wooden house with panoramic view

Relax in this unique and tranquil home overlooking Vejle Fjord, fields and forests. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Large enclosed garden, free parking and close to everything in Billund. Bus station (400m), Lego House (350m), Bakery (350m), Supermarket (500m), Legoland main entrance (1200m), Lalandia (1600m), WOW Park (3km). One bathroom on the 2nd floor is under renovation.
