Welcome to our beautiful farm from 1644! You are guaranteed to relax in this unique rural location. Located in the middle of the polder with unobstructed views, yet Middelburg and the beach are always close by. The boho-chic decor and characteristic atmosphere make this the perfect base for exploring beautiful Zeeland. The house has been completely renovated and equipped with modern luxury, while the authentic elements have been preserved. The house is directly adjacent to the large garden.

The suite features a kitchen, air conditioning and a luxurious bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and sauna. Relax on the sunny roof terrace after a day by the sea. Beach and boulevard are only 400 meters away. In July and August, we require a minimum stay of 5 nights for a relaxing stay by the sea. In the middle of the beautiful island of Walcheren is our new vacation home "Het Windekind". It is part of a tree-lined yard with horses, chickens and peacocks. A wonderful place for peace and quiet and if you love animals. Both the beach and the beautiful city of Middelburg are not far away. All easily accessible by bike. The house is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. Your faithful four-legged friend is also welcome after consultation!

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

Between Middelburg and Vlissingen is our newly built detached guest house, Studio Abeele. The location has a kitchen with bar table and sitting area, sanitary room with shower and a spacious sleeping loft. There is underfloor heating and floor cooling in the summer. You have access to a sunny terrace and lawn. Parking is available on the premises or for free in the street.
