Our home is nestled high on a hilltop in the established and desirable neighborhood of Vistas Atenas overlooking the quaint town of Atenas. We have unobstructed stunning views from Atenas to the capital city of San Jose, and boast temperatures slightly more moderate than the valley. The daytime views are only surpassed by the dazzling lights at night. We are a sort 3km drive to downtown Atenas. 2 acres of manicured gardens surround our large modern home. Safe and secure parking in our gated and fenced compound. Atenas is well situated making access to all attractions popular with tourists. Juan Santamaria airport 23 km,Pacific coast beaches 40 km, Arenal Volcano 111 km, San Jose 35 km.

Two full bathrooms. Contemporary design and decor. Large, integrated kitchen with granite countertops and all appliances. Very spacious social area with large windows and mosquitoes screens. Big terrace with deck and built-in jacuzzi. Great view all over. Service include gardener and maid (once a week).

I have been to many Airbnb's around the world and there have been a handful that make me feel like heaven on earth. This is absolutely one of those places. The view is ASTOUNDING!! The home itself is so cool. The owners seem absolutely lovely as we got to meet them in person as they help you check in. The details they accounted for are impeccable. I would live here forever if I could. If you stay here, you will NOT be dissapointed. Sooo much to do in and around Jaco as well which is a relatively quick drive down the mountain. Rqncho Shadday, the restaurant very nearby this place is so nice as well. My family and I loved every single second of our stay here. Please also know the work they would have had to put into this place is immense to create the dreamy space they have. Absolutely loved the stay so very much!!! 20 out of 10 stay!!!

I don’t even know where to begin how amazing this experience was. It is a shame we only had one night. Lisa and Donnie are the best. They helped us navigate the area, recommended incredible places to eat, and made themselves available to sit and chat, which may have been my favorite part of the visit. We couldn’t recommend them enough!!

Jose was a very hospitable host. The place looked as it was on the photos - beautiful shower as well! AC was working great and all around lovely place to stay. Very close to a great pizza restaurant and the vibe of Turracares was very warm with friendly people.

WOW! We loved our stay!! The rolling hills of hydrangeas were absolutely gorgeous, and we enjoyed some lightning bugs and beautiful views of the city in the distance. The cabin was spotless and comfortable. We felt super safe and loved the little wood stove. The area is so fun too! Adrian had some great local recommendations for us. We had an unforgettable stay at Victoria’s house at Las Nubes Atenas! If you’re reading this and looking for a relaxing, beautiful vacation - just save yourself some time and book it. Waking up to the mountain views from our room was awesome. The beautiful bed, well-stocked kitchen, and the fresh fruit straight from the farm were great touches. Everything felt so thoughtfully done. Stunning views everywhere you look. We took advantage of the many services Victoria offered: massage by Andrea, dinner by Rosa, sauna by the pool. We definitely recommend planning to stay at the Airbnb to enjoy it for a few evenings. Victoria helped us arrange a rental car and airport taxi. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, thanks to her clear instructions. Victoria and Mark were the most gracious hosts—attentive and warm. We will definitely recommend this gem to our friends and family :)
