The house is in a quiet and culturally protected area in central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free of charge, but costs SEK 2/hour around the clock. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple lives in the apartment above. The area is approximately 74 sqm, divided into kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and two living rooms, one of which has a sofa bed. The yard is lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Located in walking distance to the beach (5 min), restaurants (5 min), groceries (5 min), Waves shopping center (20 min) and train station (20 min). Copenhagen is only 20-25 min away by train. Free parking, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed (140x200), a sofabed is available in the living room, bathroom with heated floor, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, free wifi & smart TV .

Annex close to forest, beach, Kbh

The annex contains: 1 small bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. 1 living room with 1 large sofa, where 1-2 people can sleep. 1 small kitchenette with refrigerator, 2 hotplates and microwave. 1 very small toilet with shower. The annex needs to be repaired, so it doesn't look great, but it works, and we think it's nice to be out there. Our garden is "wild on purpose", but we haven't quite "tamed" it yet. (so it seems a little messy) We live in the house next door.

Boligen ligger i Ørestad ud til Byparken tæt på Metro, Bellacenter, Fields og den nye Super Arena. Boligen ligger i et internationalt område, tæt på transport - ca. 10-15 min. til rådhuspladsen med metro, ca. 10-15 min. i bil/taxa til/fra lufthavnen, og togstation ca. 10-15 min. gåafstand med tog til Hovedbanegården, Lufthavnen og/eller Sverige. Parkering er mulig mod betaling.

If you have the car with you, it is 10 minutes to Roskilde and 10 minutes to Høje Tåstrup, from which you can get to Copenhagen city center by train in 17 minutes. Possibility to pet dogs, cats, chickens and a couple of horses.
