The home is a self-contained apartment of 60 m2 on the first floor, with a lovely secluded south facing roof terrace. The home consists of kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms with linens, the one with double bed and wardrobes and the other slightly smaller with 2 single beds with shared footing ideal for children, or for those who want to wicker toes. Ideal for a romantic getaway or for the young family.

It is in an industrial neighborhood but close to the lake. The apartment is not handicap friendly as you have to go up to the 2nd floor, take the apartment and there is no elevator!!!!
