(Of course, on occasion, you may have to park a couple spots away, however it's rarely a problem to park right in front). The pied-a-terre has a full kitchen, 1 bedroom and bath. The combined living and dining room has large windows allowing for abundant sunlight. Local artwork is featured and the place is very comfortable. TV's are included in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen offers plenty of pots, pans, dishes, Keurig coffee maker, etc, as well as local cookbooks. Pets are allowed with a fee, which is displayed when you enter them as pet guests.

We are located in the heart of the Lower Garden District at the edge of Central City, 2 blocks from St. Charles, Parades, Restaurants, Bars, and shops. Second lines pass right by the house on most Sundays. There is a beautiful Live Oak in the front of our Victorian and our neighborhood is quiet.
