Our aim is to provide travelers with the best possible accommodation within a reasonable budget. Our 16m² studio, though simple, is highly functional and has been completely renovated in 2023. It is conveniently located within walking distance of all necessary shops. You can check-in at your convenience, park temporarily in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then find nearby free parking. Bus lines L109 to Labège or L6 and 81 to Toulouse via the metro are just 100 meters away

Independent and semi-detached accommodation in a little slice of heaven 25 minutes from Toulouse, equidistant from the Pyrenees/Mediterranean. Many tourist attractions and leisure activities nearby, Ariège River at the end of the road! Beautiful walks along Ariège, fishing spot… The house overlooks a beautiful 3600 m2 park with swimming pool, barbecue, children's games, foosball… The outdoors and pool are shared with our family. It's a place where you always feel like you're on vacation!!!

Quiet studio near Toulouse

Come and enjoy the country air in this very nice refurbished studio just 25 minutes from Toulouse city center. Private studio of 30 m2, annex of a villa where the owners live, fully equipped with independent access. Setting up the sofa bed will incur an additional fee of 10 euros. The studio is located 10 minutes by car from Venerque Le Vernet train station, allowing you to access downtown Toulouse by train in about 15-20 minutes.
