I loved this unit and area!!! I loved all the walking ppl did, the close by restaurants, and all the parks as well. The unit has a lot of character and was nice and clean. The hosts are very responsive and respectful... I would definitely stay at this unit again!!! Great price too!!!

I stayed here while attending a conference at the Convention Center, and the location couldn't have been more perfect! It was just a quick 7-minute walk to the venue and conveniently close to tons of great shops and restaurants in the downtown area. One major perk: Thai Paradise, a delicious Thai spot, is right downstairs—super convenient and so tasty!

What a wonderful place to stay. Our only regret: it was just one night. If our travels bring us back to Indy - we know where to stay. The place is exactly as described and bonus - there's a dedicated garage for the car. Also, just a short drive to downtown Indy for the bars and restaurants.

Amy’s place was absolutely wonderful! The place was very clean and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great and was convenient to everywhere we needed to go. The parking lot was well lit and private. We felt very safe! We are happy to have found a place in the area to stay for when we visit our friends in the area. Thank you for being a wonderful host!

Brenda and her place were amazing! The apartment was perfect for my boyfriend I for the week! It was in an awesome location, had great amenities, and it was a beautiful unit. The building is easy to navigate and the unit itself has everything you could need. Brenda herself was very friendly and happy to help with any issues we had (very quickly, too!) and made sure we were all taken care of. She was very responsive and accommodating. We would gladly stay here again.

The location and view were great! Also having the parking garage was awesome for that location

Michael’s place was perfect for our short getaway! Michael was very responsive and had the place ready for us early! He provided local recommendations for restaurants! The apartment looked just like the photos and was very clean. The neighborhood was cute

Brad’s place was beautiful and well-appointed. Brad has thoughtfully included everything you could possibly need for your stay. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located near shopping, to include a grocery store. Our family stayed here for the Indy 500 race, and it was a great location for traveling to the track quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Indy! It was cozy and comfortable. The backyard was a great addition for some nice outdoor time. Allie was very helpful and super communicative. Totally would stay here again!

This airbnb was amazing! I rented it out for a week for my wedding and it was a pleasure. The host was one of the most nicest and friendly individual. This home was clean, organized and well maintained. The back yard was nicely spaced out and the family enjoyed every evening. I would highly recommend for anyone who’s choosing looking to stay in Indianapolis to book this Airbnb. It won’t disappoint!

This place was great! Everything was well thought out for a comfortable stay. They have not skimped on anything. The furniture was all very high quality and comfortable. Everything from the hand soap to shampoo to the multi-ply toilet paper and Bounty paper towels were the same quality I use at home. I really appreciate this. There’s absolutely nothing I had complaints about. I highly recommend and will stay here again.

A beautifully memorable vacation!!! We loved gathering together at this house and making it a home for the week. The pool and hot tub were used everyday (with the exception of one day that we gave the hot tub a break to get its clarity back). We used all the kitchen had to offer. It had essentially everything we needed (consider bringing your own pitcher if you want to make sweet tea or something else). The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we all slept well. Finally, the community was extremely welcoming and we got so many waves and smiles as we would do our daily walk. Definitely worth the price and we would absolutely book again for our next family summer vacation!

Can’t say enough good things about the Prescott, Carter, and the area of Irvington! Everyone local both pedestrian and people at the local businesses make you feel right at home like you live in the neighborhood rather than on a trip. Whole house is great and as horror fans we were obsessed with the Scream room. Had only good experiences at the local business especially Snug, Irvington Vinyl and books (lots of vhs too), and Great Day Tattoo. Carter is the most helpful and responsive/caring host we have ever had! Had ton of recommendations within walking distance of Prescott among other local suggestion. (Also Carter and his husband store Hampton and co is a must visit!)

Beautiful town house in a beautiful neighborhood. Spotless home, great and large space, it’s the whole package and a shame I couldn’t spend more time in it! Thanks for a seamless experience:)

great place and location

My friends & I stayed at James’ place for pride weekend, & it was BEAUTIFUL. There was a perfect view of Mass Ave, & we were able to watch the pride parade right from the living room window. It was just steps away from all of our favorite places - Francis & Fern, 3 Dog Bakery, Needlers, & Starbucks. The apartment was clean, cozy, & had everything we needed. I will definitely be back next year!

It’s a great nice small property to stay. Definitely not big enough for more than two people but a great location to downtown.

Dina always exceeds expectations as a host. Her place is spotless, and beautifully appointed. Even the plants are all happy! Extraordinarily comfortable bed, and a bathroom large enough to dance in (maybe we did)! We have stayed three years in a row for our annual trip to Indy and hope that Dina’s place remains an annual tradition for as many coming years as possible! We could not be happier!

Our stay in the condo in Broadripple for the Indy 500 was excellent. The property was easy to find, centrally located in a nice area of Indianapolis and was a short walk to multiple restaurants, shopping and a Fresh Market grocery. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked for our weeklong stay. Our host, Deborah was extremely responsive and her communications were excellent. Thank you for allowing us to "Let's Go Racing"!!

We loved the loft! It was in a great location, the nighttime sound machines in the bedrooms made a great addition to filter out the noise from the streets at night. We would definitely use this location again!

Great and easy stay and Griffin was responsive and accommodating to an early check in when I arrived early for a conference. The place was clean and matched description. The neighborhood itself is a bit quiet and up and coming in terms of development but within a 10 minute walk there were options for restaurants and such. It’s convenient if you’re attending a conference at the convention center or don’t need things right next door. Would stay again.
