Monthly Rentals in Greensborough

We were long-term guests and greatly enjoyed our stay which was overall very good. Others have mentioned a barking dog and we found that this was not much of a problem really - she's not the type who keeps on yapping - just a "woof" or two when someone comes up onto the veranda. We also noted for the hosts attention and to their surprise that the kitchen seemed to have been pilfered. Although we had been content to make do we are sure that the hosts will attend these deficiencies. This home is in a quiet neighbourhood within a 15 minute walk to a train station and good access to cycling and walking paths along the Lower Plenty and Yarra rivers as well as further afield towards Hurstbridge (which, by the way, is a wonderful ride once you get past the busy section towards Eltham).

Shanil and Olivia were such great hosts, they were super responsive and lovely before and throughout my stay. The apartment itself is beautiful, spotless, and had everything I needed for a solo trip, I also felt really safe as the building has fob access from the main door and also in the lifts so there are only residents allowed inside. The view from the apartment is amazing too even in the rain and it would also be perfect for a couple. The building has a shared gym and pool, both really clean and well maintained, which was such a nice bonus. Location-wise, it's not far from the high street, train station, and local shops, so really convenient. It can get a bit noisy throughout the day with windows open but it wasn’t an issue with windows closed and AC on. The evenings are really quiet and there are barely any cars around. I'd definitely recommend staying here, and hopefully will be back again!

Staying with Keren and Gwyn was very relaxed and beautiful. They are very kind, helpful and accomodating. The kitchen is well equipped and breakfast food provided according to your needs. The garden in which one sits on the balcony is peaceful, and as I was there for more than 4 weeks I was permitted to use the washing machine and ironing board. It was nice chatting to Keren, when we happened to see each other, but each of us had their privacy too. I had a great time living there and am already considering to book again for next year.
