Perfect spacious cottage with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Everything as described. The host was very responsive and helpful. Very close to York or nearby towns. One tiny fault: when in the garden or opening the windows, be prepared to be exposed to some noise from passing cars and countryside smells:) But the sunset was worth it!

Well what a beautiful place to stay Kyley made its feel very welcome and gave good recommendations she was very helpful and quick to respond, her place was spotless, very tastefully decorated, amazing views and walks all around, loved watching the lambs playing just outside the balcony, it had everything you could possibly want, the chocolates were a lovely touch. The local community shop was well stocked also the Trawden Arms was very friendly and nice food. We popped into the Jackie &Francescas old rock cafe and cake shop in Trawden, it had lovely food and home made cakes. Worth a visit. Kyley made ys feel very welcome and welcome, and gave helpful recommendations, and was very quick to respond. I cannot fault this lovely home definitely worth a visit.

My entire family absolutely loved this place! The house is spacious & modern. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, and there was plenty of closet space in each bedroom, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. The living area was a highlight, with incredibly cozy couches and a huge TV that made relaxing even better. Having a bathroom on each floor was a fantastic convenience- especially for my mom & toddler. Dani was a wonderful host—warm, courteous, and incredibly thoughtful. She even stocked the fridge with milk and bread, which was such a kind and hospitable gesture. Overall, I highly recommend this place! The photos don’t do it justice—it’s even better in person! If ever I am in Leeds again, I will be staying here.

We booked Sarah’s place for a coworker to stay near to our place of work on Preston Farm Industrial Estate. We found Sarah’s house perfect for what we needed, comfortable, clean and near to the places we needed. Would recommend Sarah’s place to anyone staying in the Stockton area.

My wife and myself had an amazing stay at Rachel’s cabin,the views are fantastic and it’s so peaceful.the cabin itself was excellently presented and had everything you needed,we look forward to visiting again and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting beautiful North Yorkshire. Located near to the train station and with about a 15 minute walk to get into the centre. It was freezing temperatures outside yet the bedrooms were warm and the area was quiet at night. Mattress and pillows were excellent, my only regret was not finding out who made them so I could order them for my home. Although we didn't really use the kitchen it was very well presented and the coffee maker was most welcome. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend with the only minor gripe being the check-in(4pm) and check-out(10am) times.
