House vacation rentals in Greeneville

This was our fifth year staying at Elevacres. We have so enjoyed each visit. Kevin was, again, a great host. Thank you for everything. We will miss your home as our AVL rental, but can’t argue with you wanting that daily view back. Cheers!

A wonderful home stocked with all the essentials to make a pleasant stay! Amanda is a great communicator and fabulous host. Pool, hot tub, and ping pong table are amenities packed in an efficient and spacious home. I was thrilled with the kitchen setup, and my family loved having two separate living room spaces. The porch is very nice, and overlooks both the pool and hot tub. Linens are clean. Decorations are minimal and homey. Plenty of space for a family or group to come together. Neighborhood is great and less than 5 minutes to Tanger Outlets, restaurants, grocery and Blue Ridge Parkway. Everything else is an easy 15-20 minutes away, from Biltmore to Downtown Asheville, everything feels like it is at your fingertips. What a great stay, we look forward to coming back when the pool is open!

This was a family getaway with our 3 kids, their spouses and 7 grandchildren. Everyone had a great time. The house is very comfortable and spacey. Inside activities were collectively exceptional: air hockey, foosball, ping pong, pool table, large screen TVs. Outside activities were great: swimming pool, fire pit, hot tub and a huge backyard for playing wiffle ball or catch, or soccer, or volleyball practice. Kids that ranged from 2 to 11 always had something to do; many air hockey games and lots of hot tub time. The property management team is one of the best we have experienced. I raised several minor issues after check in and they addressed them immediately. They struck me as truly being committed to guest satisfaction as they were easy to access directly; a rarity in an age of AI based, time wasting, useless response systems; easy to rate this property as 5 star.

We absolutely loved our stay at Shell Mountain Splash! With four kids 7-10 this was perfect for our two families! The kids loved the pool and had plenty of room to play and spread out. The view was absolutely breathtaking and we think we probably had the best view on the mountain! The beds were very comfortable, everything we were promised was there. The windy roads take a bit to get used to and our husbands were able to navigate the hill to the cabin on motorcycles with some patience and persistence. We do wonder if lower vehicles can safely enter the driveway as it is very steep and did have some scape marks so beware if your car sits lower to the ground. Definitely recommend overall!

Our family had a great stay at Josh’s cabin. Highly recommend! This cabin exceeds the pictures & as advertised when seen in person. Josh was very responsive and we will always cherish the wonderful memories our family.

The house was beautiful. It had plenty of room for my family to all spend time together or to hang off by themselves if they wanted. Owners were very successful in preparing the property to make you feel right at home. The layout was great and there were plenty of things to do nearby. You had a real mountain feel with anything you may need a quick drive away. I appreciated how responsive the hosts were. We have family in the area and plan to stay again in the future. We really enjoyed our stay! We were looking for a cute and comfortable place to stay while we were in town for my daughters musical performance at WCU. Greta's house was perfect. It was very clean and beautifully decorated and is very close to the university. This is a great house!

Tonya’s place had everything we could have needed. The bed was comfy, the layout spacious —we felt right at home. The backyard was very peaceful and beautiful as well. I would definitely book again.

Bruce's house was clean, well taken care of, and exactly as described. Very detailed instructions, along with local recommendations, were laid out in a manual on the dining room table. The area was private and peaceful, and a short drive away from Asheville.

Beautiful home, very comfortable for groups that seek private bedrooms. Also has very comfortable mattresses (some very firm, which I like). Close to Beech Mountain ski resort & beautiful views. Kitchen, dining & living area all open with a ton of windows. We really enjoyed our stay.

House was perfect for our needs and was close to everything in the Pigeon Forge area. Driveway was a little challenging for our lowered cars but the house was beautiful and the location worked out great!

Erin was a great host! She was very communicative throughout our stay. We got in late at night and all the lights were on, with fresh eggs and bread waiting for us. Such a nice touch. Her place was very clean and comfortable. She had tons of toys in the spare room, which our daughter loved. The front porch is so charming with all the flowers in bloom. The views were stunning, the rooms were cozy and well-designed, and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a long day. Lovely home that felt like it was brand new, but it was also quite comfortable. Loved the fireplace and view of sunrise on the trees, fresh air, and having a secluded retreat close to all the Asheville happenings. Great communications from our host and we would definitely stay here again!
