Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Concrete tile floors, brick walls, shade trees and yard art add to the charm of this quiet get away. The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. Small, secluded private guest house in quiet area of Green Valley. Sits on 4 desert acres, filled with wonderful wildlife, and a great view of the night time stars. Far enough on the outside of town for a private feeling, yet close enough to make a run if need be. Small seating area outside for morning coffee, bird watching or relaxing at the end of your day. We do live on a dirt road, but it is very well maintained.
