Pure magic. The room was immaculate, with thoughtful touches that made it feel both luxurious and cozy—plush bedding, serene coastal decor, and a balcony that let me soak in the salty breeze with a glass of wine in hand. I could’ve stayed out there forever, just listening to the quiet rhythm of the water below.

Our stay was great! Immediately upon entering, you notice how nice, clean and upscale this place is. Everything from the living room, to the kitchen, to the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was in pristine condition. You will have all the necessary amenities to make your stay relaxing and fun. The bed was really comfortable and the wifi was fast. The Airbnb is conveniently located by the waterfront and there are some great restaurants within walking distance. If anyone is visiting Birch Bay, whether for business or vacation, I would definitely stay here.

Jahir’s place was really safe, private entry, well located with everything close by. You have close all kind of restaurants and amenities as laundry mat. The room was really clean and Jahir provides to you towels, shampoo, tooth paste and something that was not expected is the snacks and cookies when you arrive. His place is exactly a he describes. if you have a car, keep in mind that you need to find parking. As everything in Surrey BC it’s crowded, so parking requires patience and creativity to find the right spot. Keep in mind the private room is inside Jahir’s house and as any room at any house you can hear the rest of the people. The best is that you have entirely privacy and even you can ask uber eats or Amazon packages and they can deliver to your door. I would like to highlight that Jahir is really responsive and he is always trying to give you anything you need to make it a good experience. Overall Safe, clean and great price!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! Everything felt brand new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The space was well laid out and decorated, making it super comfortable and easy to settle into. The location is incredibly convenient in Yaletown — there are tons of great restaurants, cafes, and shops all within walking distance. The building itself has great amenities, and we appreciated being able to use the washer and dryer in the unit even staying for just a night. The host was amazing — very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Love my stay! Place was super cozy & comfy. I was worried about being near the elevator but heard no noise from that or any neighbors what so ever. Not even from upstairs which surprised me. Hot tub was hot and the pool warm. Nice market on the corner for groceries.

Our family had a great stay and will definitely be back to visit again soon! The condo was exactly as pictured- very clean, stocked with everything we needed, and lots of space for everyone. It’s in a great location across the street from the beach and within walking distance to food and yummy bakeries/ice cream. The kids especially loved the pool! Fred was a great host and answered all of my questions quickly!
