Nice place to stay quite, calm and beautiful surroundings.

When we first arrived at the apartment, we immediately felt comfortable and the apartment was very cozy! It’s located in a nice neighborhood that we felt safe in. The instructions we were given to enter the apartment were perfect and easy to navigate . I am a very particular person and this apartment was definitely up to my cleanliness standards! It was really nice to not have to pack a bunch of toiletries because the main ones were provided for you as promised, as well as linens. There is a door in the bedroom area (with a lock for both parties) that leads to the main house. We never felt uncomfortable nor did we feel that we had anything to worry about from the owners entering “our space”. If you need anything just send a message to them and they responded pretty much right away. Very accommodating. We will absolutely see if this apartment is available for our future trips to DC. I really enjoyed staying here. It is perfect for a longer stay Airbnb. Metro line is close and it is a nice neighborhood. The room has everything you need and was described accurately.

Don't hesitate! Mark's place is great, and he's a phenomenal host. The photos don't do the space justice. We stayed nearly an entire month awaiting our new construction home to be completed, and we immediately felt at home once we checked in and got settled. Great location and easy access to the beltway to get most anywhere conveniently. Highly recommend! Enjoy your stay... we sure did!
