A cute studio apartment in the basement of a newly renovated home. Guests have a private entrance with their own private bathroom. You also have use of a full-size washer and dryer. Other amenities include an honor bar stocked with beer and wine, an arcade style game with over 200 popular titles including Ms. Pac Man, and coffee/tea. Please note that we live upstairs, but the space is private. It is separated by a stairwell and a locking door. It is comparable to a hotel room, but nicer.

My wife and I stayed here for a week during a visit to our family in Hyattsville. The house was exceptionally clean, and extremely well equipped. The beautiful outdoor space was truly remarkable. For an urban property, it had such a peaceful feel of being tucked away in the forest, with large trees surrounding the lot. We really enjoyed all the greenery whether sitting outside or looking through the windows. We were pleased to see that the owners have added a nice outdoor sitting area with a firepit that is not showing in the online photos. Everything was so in order, that we didn't need to contact the hosts, but when we did, Angela was very pleasant and responsive. By far, one of the best Airbnb's we've stayed in. Thank you Angela and Max, we look forward to staying at your property again in the future!

This place was exactly what I needed while on business travel! It was a quiet and comfy place with that was great to come back to after a long day of work. The owner is also very responsive if any needs arise. It was easily accessible to the Metro and also close to several walking paths and parks for some peaceful outdoor time. Thankful I found this gem for my time in Washington, DC!

Shandell was very responsive and a great host. The space was very clean when we arrived and exactly as described. The neighborhood was also very quiet and a quick drive to downtown even during busier times of the day.

This place was perfect!! It was incredibly clean and you could tell Chantel had put a lot of thought and care into the amenities available. It was just far enough outside the inner-city that it was quiet, but a short enough walk from the metro that commuting to everything was easy! We felt very safe, cozy, and comfortable! The projector was a fun amenity to have and we enjoyed not having to buy coffee each morning since we could use the nespresso ☺️ Chantel was super responsive and helpful each time we had a question, and we would absolutely stay here again if we went back!!

Crystal’s airbnb is just what we were looking for for our Washington DC trip! DC is conveniently located 30 from Bowie, and is close to other surrounding towns with lots to do. The Airbnb was just as described, and very clean. All the amenities are included, and the bed is very comfortable! Crystal was very helpful, and communicative, and made sure we had the best stay possible. We would this Airbnb, and Crystal, to anyone!
