Vacation rentals with a patio in Greater Buenos Aires

We loved the apartment and it was super comfortable for our family of 4. Especially the sofa bed, which is not often the case. Neighborhood is great and there are tons of shops and restaurants and even a supermarket in the same building. We will definitely stay there again!

The apartment was very complete, it had several items, kitchen cleaning and personal hygiene, which are very useful especially if the stay is short. The hosts were super attentive and helpful, they let us change the check-out time, which was very useful for us to take advantage of our time in Buenos Aires, I would definitely come back

A dream stay in Buenos Aires! I stayed alone in this apartment and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The place was spotless: super clean, neat and with all the details well cared for. It gives a feeling of tranquility and well-being that is greatly appreciated when traveling alone. Patricia left a complimentary sparkling wine and water, which was a nice touch. What surprised me (and delighted me!) was being able to use the building's pool and spa. A real unexpected luxury! The location is also ideal, very safe and close to everything. I felt comfortable the whole time. I would definitely come back and recommend it especially if you are looking for a quiet, modern place with first-class amenities. Thank you for a perfect stay!

Beautiful apartment, excellent spa amenities, great location, great price. Only improvement would be to have a way to store luggage before checking in and out. This was very difficult for our International travels and flight times.

Mariano's apartment is excellent for a pleasant stay. It has everything you need and more. Magalí was very attentive and had some considerations for extending the garage hours. I highly recommend it, an excellent area for those who come to enjoy Buenos Aires!!

The apartment is really a luxury, it's the fourth time I've stayed here and every day I feel more comfortable! I am surprised that they are constantly improving something. This last time they welcomed us with new towels, really beautiful, better than a hotel!! I can't find any apartment like this with independent entry and exit, and also with the level and quality that this one has. I recommend it to everyone. It's a unique experience!

Great place to be! Felt a the streets a little to empty at the begining, but then realized that we were very close to San Telmo and Porto Madero, great location, quiet windows and modern apartment.

Rubén was very welcoming and helpful during our two stays at his home in April and May. He is very attentive, very friendly and concerned about our comfort. We felt at home. A beautiful place, a very nice apartment, very tastefully decorated, everything works perfectly, the area is magnificent, two blocks from the subway, supermarkets nearby, pizzerias nearby. Being internal, you don't hear the noise from the street. Analia, great host, totally recommended

This house exceeds expectations. Having a pool right in the middle of the incredible Palmermo neighborhood felt too good to be true. The house is enormous and filled with hang-out spaces inside and out. Six colleagues stayed in private rooms comfortably for a week, and had group meetings in the various rooms. Sherrine was chill and super-helpful.

We were a group of 9 friends staying for a weekend. The house is super comfortable for large groups, in addition to being very well located and having everything you need, we didn't have to bring anything. Lucia communicated with us from the first moment and received us to check in, and we even arranged a late check-out without problems, she was always very kind. We would definitely come back.

The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and has all the amenities (TV, microwave, refrigerator, furniture, everything in very good condition). It is very well connected. An additional point in favor that we found is that the building has 24-hour security. We stayed a couple of weeks and felt very comfortable. Highly recommended. A separate paragraph for Anabella's attention throughout the stay, very attentive to all the needs we might have, always available and with very fast communication in all our exchanges. The apartment is comfortable, it was missing some kitchen utensils. The only uncomfortable thing was the first day we arrived, they were just fixing the front and you could hear the hammering a lot, but then it got better. Thanks to Alejandra's good attitude, we were able to enter before the announced time, which is very valuable when traveling with elderly people who are waiting for a medical appointment.

Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The host was very friendly and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move luggage. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. Yes, it had all the other implements for a perfect stay.

Once again, it is a pleasure to return to Martina's depto. We love it. Thanks as always!!
