The lake is well fenced, secure & very private. Visitors are welcome to fish in the very well-stocked specimen Carp lake, with multiple fish approaching 40lb.

Blue Dog Quarters is a bright and stylish first floor apartment with a sunny decked terrace. It is located above SmallTown coffee shop and bakery on the High Street in the centre of Clare, Suffolk's smallest town. Clare's pubs, cafés, excellent independent shops and country park complete with castle ruins are all within easy walking distance and the town makes an excellent base for exploring further afield in this pretty corner of Suffolk.

The Woodpecker Shepherd Hut will be ready for your stay with fresh sheets, towels and some wood. You have solar powered lighting and phone charger stations in the Shepherd Hut which is situated away from the rest of the property to provide you with privacy. Private Kitchenette/Shower room fully plumbed and mains electric (just a short walk from your hut, 40m). Glamping with plumbing !

The Studio

The Studio is a light, airy modern single story self contained dwelling attached to our cart lodge that is within the garden of our cottage. The area is semi rural and quiet but within easy walking distance (about 5 minutes) of Clare town. We also provide basics like towels, tea/coffee/milk at the beginning for each stay.
