The communal spaces are wonderfully set up for socialising - the beautiful kitchen, various sitting areas inside and in the garden, games cabin and even a children’s Wendy house! Comfortable beds, great light with all the big windows, private driveway and beautiful garden. We loved our stay!

We couldn’t have picked a better place or host for my dad’s extended stay. Nicky has been incredibly helpful and welcoming, and ensured that my dad had everything he needed. The accommodation is comfortable, well maintained and located in a lovely quiet village in easy reach of Newmarket and many other places to visit in beautiful Suffolk. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed at Helena's place for 3 nights with my elderly father, to visit friends and family in Suffolk. Helena was really helpful, responsive and kind right from the start to the end of our stay. She greeted us on arrival, showed us the place and left us to enjoy the peace and quiet but always available if needed. The stable conversion is spacious, warm and comfortable, making us feel relaxed and at home as soon as we walked in. Kitchen is well equipped and there is a big SMEG fridge and freezer. We enjoyed breakfast made with eggs, bread, butter and milk Helena kindly provided (apples and chocolates too). I loved the natural light from the skylights. Wifi connection and TV with Amazon fire stick were good. There were books on the bookshelves and a pack of cards as well. Mattress, pillows and duvet were all clean, fluffy and comfortable. Our trip was enjoyable because of our restful and comfortable stay at Helena's place. Thank you. We will stay there if we come to Suffolk again.

Thank you Becky for a lovely stay! We absolutely loved the location and everything about the cottage. The cottage was spotless and very cosy/comfortable. Becky was on hand to answer any questions we had and quick to respond. Overall we would highly recommend anyone to come here as the location is perfect, 5 minute walk into the town centre and close to the racecourse/station. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to see the racehorses and the relaxed atmosphere of staying by the stables and horses. Staying on a working stables was an experience we won’t forget. The little touches of artwork and pictures all added to the horse racing experience. Top quality The White Company bedding added to the luxury feeling of the property. Brilliant facilities and amazing shower! We loved our experience here and it made our race weekend! We can’t wait to come back.
