Beautiful place offering pure serenity. I’d stay again. Bed was very comfortable and well stocked with items you need for a long weekend. Saw Platapus in the lake and the indoor fire place offered nice warmth and tranquility. Amanda was a lovely and very responsive host.

My partner and I stayed at Christine and Brad’s place. It was such an amazing location with a beautiful view. Everything was spotless and the bed was comfy! It has a massive bathroom and walk in robe too! The kitchen was excellent to use, and sitting out on the deck with a drink felt so relaxing! The spa was the best, and such a beautiful way to start or end the morning! Will definitely be returning! Thanks again!

Wow - what an absolute slice of paradise. Tanya’s home is like a magazine, but so home-y. Tanya was so friendly in her communication prior, during and after our trip. The home is even more exceptional than the photos. There’s plenty to do in Hideaway and we were suitably busy yet relaxed the whole week. Check out the local sports and rec club and the three pubs nearby. The home is very well stocked with everything you could think of. We forgot a couple of things and I’d just be thinking I wonder if there’s an xyz and it appeared. Such a super super super wonderful stay. Our recent stay at Usnea was genuinely the most amazing experience we could have asked for. Ben and Joan are the kindest, most inspiring hosts and it is clear they have put decades of passion into this beautiful property. From the entrance, to the guest cottage, to the many walking trails and gardens throughout, this place truly is breathtaking. It is really no surprise so many guests have visited several times.
