WOW , the apartment was exceptionally clean and tidy , well appointed very private with on premises car parking. We were met by Pietro , who was extremely helpful and very friendly and welcoming. The apartment suited us perfectly, it had everything we needed, breakfast was also included, which we weren’t aware of when booking the apartment. It was a 10 out 10 stay. I never had a great experience with airbnb and this is the first place that gave me the first and the best experience with airbnb. The place is 8-minute walking distance from the old town, but there is a beautiful sea view right in front of the building. The place was absolutely a beauty I wanted to spend more time inside than outside. I am very sensitive with the cleanliness and this place was very clean. Must stay place for anyone visiting the town.

Elisa is very welcoming and available to answer questions The place is spacious and. impeccable. We didn't cook but there is everything we need. It should be noted, however, that one of the beds is rather suitable for a child or woman not too big. The apartment is very well located near the historic center. Supermarket and coffee shops nearby. We had a lovely stay, just like at home!

We loved it, great location, lovely apartment, helpful and communicative hosts. Giuseppe was there to greet us and show us around and helpfully sent info about restaurants etc. Francesco so kindly came into Monopoli especially one evening to rescue us when we had locked ourselves out of the apartment, for which we were incredibly grateful. He arrived with a smile and not a word of complaint....customer service at its very best! Thank you.

Fantastic apartment right in the centre of the old town of Bari. Excellent for access to the cathedral and other main sites. The apartment is convenient, sparkling clean, and comfortable. Highly recommended for a couple staying in Bari!

Great place in the heart of historical Bari!

Very kind, kind and very attentive to Pierluca. I greet us at the door of the building and help us with check-in. He speaks perfect English so communication was first. The apartment is much bigger than it looks and I greeted us with cookies, muffins and drinks. Truth, a luxury with every detail, great experience

Luiz's place is compact, clean and comfortable - it was perfect for us and our two children for our stay in Bari. We could easily walk to the beach and into the city. Luiz was friendly and easy to get in touch with, providing lots of information. We'd happily stay here again!

Such a great apartment! It was so clean and exactly like the photos. It’s walking distance to all of the restaurants but also on a very quiet street. We really enjoyed our time and we hope to be back!

Cozy and very bright apartment we were amazed by the beauty of the small things inside; as soon as we entered we immediately felt at home. The sea view from the covered veranda of the "Corallo" room is magnificent. Excellent quality/price. Breakfast was personally served with a wide choice of products and food, impeccable cleanliness, great service, I will definitely be back.

Everything was fantastic, and the apartment and the location and the hosts, we had delicious gifts, the beds were very comfortable, it's cozy and has everything we needed, we will come back again if we are visiting Bari again!

Wow, what a FANTASTIC stay in Monopoli!!! I stayed in this apartment for two weeks and am so glad I chose it. Franco is an amazing host and met me upon arrival, showing me everything I needed to know for the apartment and gave me great recommendations for the area. He was always super repsonsive and you can tell he and his wife put so much love into this home. It had absolutely everything I needed for a long stay and wifi was super fast for remote work (over 200 mgps down/upload). The apartment was clean and in a perfect spot in Monopoli. I could walk around the corner to the main street and there were loads of bars, restaurants, and shops. It's only a couple minutes from the sea. At night, it was plenty quiet and I never had an issue with noise. I stay in a lot of Airbnbs and this is a real gem thanks to Franco and his family. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Monopoli!

We found a very large apartment with large spaces that allow walking even for the disabled with the access ramp and with the addition of some handlebars to the bathroom it could be quietly authorized for the disabled rental; very clean; the owner is very kind and helpful.
