WOW , the apartment was exceptionally clean and tidy , well appointed very private with on premises car parking. We were met by Pietro , who was extremely helpful and very friendly and welcoming. The apartment suited us perfectly, it had everything we needed, breakfast was also included, which we weren’t aware of when booking the apartment. It was a 10 out 10 stay. Adoramos nossa estadia no apartamento da Livia. Excelente localização, estacionamento incluso proximo, apartamento novo totalmente equipado e ter a Lívia como anfitriã foi maravilhoso. Fomos recebidos com presentinhos feitos por sua mãe(amamos). Na geladeira tinha agua, refrigerantes e uma garrafa de vinho. Alem de café e chás variados. Atendimento 5 estrelas. A cidade é linda e pretendemos voltar para desfrutar mais momentos de paz, alegria e beleza natural.

Elisa est très accueillante et disponible pour répondre aux questions Le logement est spacieux et. impeccable. Nous n'avons pas cuisiné mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut. A savoir toutefois qu'un des lits est plutôt adapté pour un enfant ou femme pas trop grande. L'appartement est très bien situé à proximité du centre historique. Supermarché et cafés tout proches. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, comme à la maison!

We loved it, great location, lovely apartment, helpful and communicative hosts. Giuseppe was there to greet us and show us around and helpfully sent info about restaurants etc. Francesco so kindly came into Monopoli especially one evening to rescue us when we had locked ourselves out of the apartment, for which we were incredibly grateful. He arrived with a smile and not a word of complaint....customer service at its very best! Thank you.

In een woord geweldig. Het verblijf was zeer schoon, ruim, dichtbij alle locaties en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ondanks midden in de stad, heel erg rustig van binnen. Het was nog mooier en ruimer dan op de foto's. Niet te vergeten de aanvulling van het dakterras. Mooie uitkijk over de stad richting zee. De host was super goed benaderbaar, snelle reactie, pro actief met aanraders. Mocht je een authentieke ervaring willen, in een super mooi appartement midden tussen de locals. Aarzel niet. Dit is een super aanrader. Top Top Top. En een dankjewel aan de host Pamela.

The location of Maria’s flat is perfect for exploring the old town. Franco was waiting at the train station to pick me up. Maria was very helpful and replied very quickly to all my questions. Thank you.

Le séjour passé chez Tommaso était formidable. Le cadre était merveilleux, surtout en plein été. L'appartement a toutes les commodités indiquées, ce qui a clairement facilité nos vacances. Je recommande !

Un bel appartement typique … l’emplacement est parfait pour vivre la ville de cette charmante ville. L’accueil et la propreté des lieux était impeccable ! La terrasse sur le toit est un attrait vraiment interessant, si la température le permet !

Der Aufenthalt im Appartement war sehr schön. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Vor allem die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen. Man konnte abends gemütlich in der Nähe Bars und Restaurants besuchen. Preis-/Leistung habenden jedem Fall gestimmt. Francesco ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hat auch ein Taxi für uns bestellt, das uns nachts zum Flughafen gebracht hat. Das italienische Frühstück mit Kaffee und Croissant konnten wir ein paar Schritte vom Appartment entfernt einnehmen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen mit Zug oder Bus. Einen Spaziergang von ca. 20 Minuten durch eine belebte Einkaufsstraße von Bahnhof und Busstation entfernt…Danke für die netten Tage und deine Unterstützung lieber Francesco. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

L’appartamento è pulito, dotato di un bel terrazzo e di tutti i servizi utili. È in una zona comodissima per poter raggiungere Bari vecchia a piedi in 15 minuti. Il parcheggio privato interno è veramente un lusso ed un valore aggiunto al tutto. Pierluca è stato veramente gentile, sempre attivo nel rispondere e nel darci ogni tipo di informazione. Consigliatissimo.

Luiz's place is compact, clean and comfortable - it was perfect for us and our two children for our stay in Bari. We could easily walk to the beach and into the city. Luiz was friendly and easy to get in touch with, providing lots of information. We'd happily stay here again!

Am avut un sejur minunat la această proprietate. Gazda a fost serviabilă și ospitalieră, ne-a făcut recomandări și a răspuns tuturor solicitărilor noastre. Casa a fost foarte curată și confortabilă, situată într-o zonă centrala, dar liniștită. Mulțumim și sperăm să revenim!

Appartamento accogliente e molto luminoso siamo rimasti stupiti dalla bellezza delle piccole cose al suo interno; appena siamo entrati ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. La vista mare dalla veranda coperta della camera "Corallo" è magnifica. Qualità/prezzo eccellente. La colazione è stata servita personalmente con vasta scelta di prodotti e alimenti, pulizia impeccabile, servizio ottimo, ci tornerò sicuramente.

Всичко беше фантастично, и апартамента, и местоположението, и домакините, имахме вкусни подаръчета, леглата бяха много удобни, уютно е и има всичко необходимо, ще се върнем отново, ако пак посещаваме Бари!

Wow, what a FANTASTIC stay in Monopoli!!! I stayed in this apartment for two weeks and am so glad I chose it. Franco is an amazing host and met me upon arrival, showing me everything I needed to know for the apartment and gave me great recommendations for the area. He was always super repsonsive and you can tell he and his wife put so much love into this home. It had absolutely everything I needed for a long stay and wifi was super fast for remote work (over 200 mgps down/upload). The apartment was clean and in a perfect spot in Monopoli. I could walk around the corner to the main street and there were loads of bars, restaurants, and shops. It's only a couple minutes from the sea. At night, it was plenty quiet and I never had an issue with noise. I stay in a lot of Airbnbs and this is a real gem thanks to Franco and his family. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Monopoli!

Siamo veramente soddisfatti. Abbiamo trovato un appartamento molto grande con degli Ampi spazi che consentono la deambulazione anche per disabili con la rampa di accesso e con l'aggiunta di alcune maniglioni al bagno potrebbe essere tranquillamente autorizzato per la locazione a disabili ; molto pulito ; la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. molto bene! Sara nostra scelta in futuro We are really satisfied. We found a very large apartment with large spaces that allow walking even for disabled people with the access ramp and with the addition of some handles in the bathroom it could easily be authorized for rental to disabled people; very clean; the owner very kind and helpful. very good!
