Monthly Rentals in Gravina di Catania

It's an absolutely clean and well-maintained place, we found everything we needed including two bus tickets, very nice detail! There is a safe place to park the car and Nino is absolutely helpful and kind.

I stayed at Francesca's place for a week. The house is in a perfect location, very close to lidl, supermarkets and shopping centers. Just 10 minutes by car from the center of Catania (for the type of trip I had in mind it was a perfect house) plus it is slightly raised on a hill, and on the warm days of August we had the pleasure of breathing some fresh air! 15 minutes from the house are also beautiful sea areas (such as "the caves of Ulysses"). Francesca is very helpful and open to dialogue! Overall a positive experience!!

Great stay in a very clean home that fully met our expectations Christina is very available and always responds very quickly to our requests. She is also very accommodating and very friendly. Very nice person that we highly recommend. Very very nice meeting. ❤️

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is spacious, bright, and immaculately clean — even better than the photos. It’s thoughtfully furnished and very comfortable for both short and longer stays. One major plus: it’s in a great location with easy access to the freeway, making it super convenient to get around the city and explore nearby areas. Check-in was smooth, communication with the host was easy, and everything I needed was provided. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!
